⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kanda exceeded every expectation.
The location is outstanding—just a short walk from Kanda Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo. There are convenience stores literally a stone’s throw away, and the surrounding streets are packed with fantastic izakayas, so finding great food or a late-night snack is never a problem.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out.
The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to maximize the space without compromising comfort. The amenities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the hotel’s use of filtered water for both the shower and drinking water—a small detail that makes a noticeable difference and reflects their commitment to guest comfort and quality.
Despite being in a lively area, the room was quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring the city. Everything was efficient, clean, and exceptionally well organized, which is exactly what you’d hope for when staying in Tokyo.
Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kanda delivers outstanding value for money. With its unbeatable location, exceptional staff, immaculate rooms, and thoughtful touches throughout, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tokyo.

Stayed here previously. Rooms are small, typical Tokyo room size. The room we just had, the only window was locked.
10 minutes walk from Kanda Station.
Clean and friendly staff.
