Great room and hotel in the downtown area. Close to all the things we needed so we were able to walk and not have to worry about parking.

The service was great- all staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for the Slugger, Muhammad Ali, and science museums since they are within a couple of blocks of the hotel. It’s also within 4 miles of the Kentucky Derby museum. There are restaurant options also within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was fabulous. If we are in the area we would definitely stay again or recommend it to people who are doing any of the activities mentioned above.

Nice facility and they put out Easter eggs for the kids throughout the hotel on Easter . Sweet touch .

Very convenient and perfect for our trip. Some other guests have no respect for the hotel and let their kids play tackle football in the gym. But, otherwise, centrally located in Louisville and perfect for our trip.

Everything was good. We had to keep asking for more towels. The parking lot had very tight spaces. Only place that was referred to eat was a burger place close by. We got tired of eating burgers. Staff was very friendly.

Everyone at the front desk was professional and courteous. Staff for the breakfast was efficient and food never ran short. The cleaning staff was friendly when met them in the hallway. Overall, service was excellent.

Enjoyed close proximity to attractions like Louisville Slugger. Breakfast was above average. For a family of 5, the room size was great.

Room was so spacious and very clean. Museums close by. Whiskey row a 5 min walk. Restaurants in walking distance. Great spot. In and out parking at parking lot next door for $28 a night I think but on the other side of the hotel 24hr parking garage for $10

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast was okay. Didn’t like that parking was not included in the price. I did not see that when I booked the room. You pay either $28/day for the parking garage or $27/day for the parking lot next door.

We loved it here. Cleaning ladies were on top of cleaning the room as well!

The hotel staff were awesome. It was a very clean hotel. My only complaint is that if I would have known that I would have to pay for parking ahead of time I would have chosen another hotel. I had to pay for 24 hours of parking when I only needed overnight and there was no way to choose how long you needed it. Also it’s on a very busy street so the cars flying past all night kept me up.

Overall, loved this place- cozy, clean, warm and trendy. Room 716, please put a proper microwave plate in the microwave. Staff: excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast hit the spot with biscuits and gravy, along fresh waffles. This was the perfect location, close to everything with just a 10 minute walk.

This is a lovely hotel...clean, comfortable and well-kept. But what really made the difference to us was the staff! They treated us like royalty, making suggestions for restaurants, checking with us every day as we came and went to be sure we were happy or if we needed anything, and generally having a most pleasant demeanor. We loved staying here and highly recommend it!

This is beautiful clean hotel. The room was so cozy and quiet. The location is perfect to get to activities and plenty of dining options. All within walking distance. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

other than the gentleman that checked me in, no one on staff smiled or made eye contact the 4 days I was there. Also had the tag on my door to not clean the room while I was there and it was cleaned anyway. Would not have left certain things in my room if I knew that was going to happen.

Daughter and I were staying to go see Wicked at The Performing Arts center. Everything was great. They had food and drinks Wednesday night and breakfast the next morning. We didn’t need to drive when we got there and parked in their garage. Walked to the show.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights on the tail end of our Tennessee / Kentucky vacation and the accommodations were the best we experienced during our entire trip. Ample parking (with security cameras) was right next to the hotel (for $25 per night). Friendly, helpful staff were readily available. Elevators were fast. Room was spacious, clean, quiet and very functional. Great selections for continental breakfast and well staffed. Workout facility had a nice selection of equipment, from free weights to a Peleton bike. Hotel is located conveniently close (within a half mile) to well known distilleries, attractions and restaurants. If we return to Louisville in the future, we will definitely stay here again.

In town for a concert, had a one-night stay. Cozy, clean, nice decor. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of several nice restaurants and bars. Would stay here again.
