Great location and wonderful facility

We stayed in a one bed room unit for a week, it was so spacious and accommodating to my Business pleasure trip in Canggu Bali. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. It’s really worth the money that we spent for this resort.

Widi was super helpful and friendly from check in till helping me during my stay till checking out. I got Upgraded with my Expedia status to a 1 bedroom residence which was v lovely and the complimentary 1 hour massage was fantastic. My friends stayed in the 2 bedroom with private pool. The finishing were abit tacky and less appealing with a very short morning sun on their private pool area, the rest of the day it was just too cold to take a swim there. One other thing was their corridors were a pretty dark at night.. might be better with a little more illumination please.

Didn’t like the noise from the gym at 6 in the morning

Lovely place, great rooms and good food/service just sadly over run with children. There should be an adults only area if you want to try and describe the pool at beach as a beach club.

The staff were marvelous right from check in to check out. They were extremely accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Am looking forward to my next visit to Como Canggu!

We loved staying at the Como Uma Canggu. The staff were exceptional and so accommodating with me as I was on crutches for the entire trip! No task was too great and we were driven from room > pool > reception at our request. We were greeted by our names and met with a smile and service wherever we went. We booked two nights at the start of our trip and ended up booking our last night in Bali back at the Como because of the great experience we had. Rooms were super comfortable and the vibe of the hotel was awesome.

Como UMA definitely didn't feel like a 5 star hotel. The cleanliness and service (or lack thereof) left us feeling like we wished we'd booked elsewhere, with the service from one front desk member in particular rude and unhelpful. To start, we arrived at 2.45pm for a 2pm checkin. The room wasn't ready and we had to wait in the lobby until it was ready at 3pm. While being taken to the room, the front desk person who showed us to our room spent the entire time telling us about how we'd been upgraded, while neglecting to mention where the pool, breakfast, beach club, gym, etc., were. Upon walking into the room, we could see the upgraded room overlooked a construction site and rubbish-strewn river next door. The room wasn't soundproof from outdoors, which was annoying given there is a beach club on the property. The room hadn't been cleaned properly, with used tea bags in the kitchen, and marks on the tiled floor suggesting it hadn't been mopped. The shower smelt awful, and one of the taps was leaking. At some point during our stay, a rodent nibbed through the packaging of the mini bar snacks on the kitchen bench. We tried to book into the complimentary yoga class, however there is only one per day with a maximum of 8 people. Not sure how they thought that was going to work for a hotel. Service at breakfast was ok. The only highlight was the spa therapist (Ayu) who was amazing. We clearly would not stay here again.

Stayed in penthouse but felt it’s not worth the price due to the functionality of the room. One of the room doors can see-through. As well as toilets. Towels and bath robe are stained too. Doesn’t feel well maintained.

The most amazing hotel! Great location, beautiful rooms, friendly staff! We were in Bali for our honeymoon and they really made us feel special. Couldn’t say enough great things, highly recommend to anyone and we can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic property / and incredible service. I didn’t love the residences as I was only one person and the style of the hotel rooms looks nicer. Spa is beautiful and smells great unlike a lot of the cheaper independent spas in the area. There weren’t classes everyday was disappointing and had to organize my own surfing but awesome gym. Gift shop was good too.

Just wow. I’ve always loved to come by and visit the hotel for the day but finally decided to treat myself to a little staycation and it was everything and more. They even upgraded me to a 1 bedroom residence overlooking the lagoon pool. The food, cocktails, service and amenities were all perfect. Will absolutely recommend and be back!

There was no milk for the coffee, the coffee machine wasn’t working properly. The AC also was faulty. The room isn’t soundproof and I could hear other guests walking around/talking. Food was average. The only good thing was how fast they checked me in because I had a call to join. Other than that, it’s way overpriced for what you get.

I got really sick and the doctor had to come out to give me the IV. I also waited over 45 min for my breakfast order which never arrived so eventually we just left, and the same thing happened to our lunch order by the pool which we waited 1 hour for and still nothing came so we eventually cancelled the order and went to eat else where. I was expecting better service, and to be honest the beds were really uncomfortable too. But it is a nice place to stay with good location. I preferred the W Hotel in Seminyak.

Beautiful, clean and modern hotel located near Echo Beach. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The lagoon pool was nice and quiet. It was a great base to explore the area and I would definitely return.

We booked in for a group of 7 and the hotel was very helpful in arranging a last minute addition of extra guest. We changed one of the twin share rooms to a 1 bedroom residence. The 1 bedroom residence became our main room where all of us can gather and hang out. The staff was very friendly and helpful and definitely the stars of COMO. Particular commendation to Ulan and her team at the Como Beach Club. We were greeted by their generous smiles every morning at breakfast. The gym was also one of the best we've seen in a hotel and it's fully equipped with all the equipment catered for every seasoned gym rat. Last but not least the Como Beach Club pool impressed us with its beautiful view of the ocean and its abundance of deck chairs and daybeds. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to totally chillout and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of seminyak. However the local transport restriction on Ride hailing services such as Gojek and Grab makes getting around canngu a little more difficult. Canggu is definitely an interesting and laid back area with lots of great food and worth the visit.

COMO Amu is extraordinay, the gardens are stunning, the Lagoon Pool is beautiful and so relaxing to chill there, the Beach Club and hanging chair area and day bed chill out zone is to die for, the staff really make this property a stand out, they are bending over backwards literally to help you be relaxed and enjoy every moment...even the shared public area toilets & showers are amazing, the staff make this property a 5 star ... possibly 6 star. The resort has so many attributes, too many to list here but the website says it all. The photos of the property are realistic and they are not "touched up" and what you see and definitely what you get. The food from The Beach Club was impeccable. The whole experience was impeccable. We will definitely go back to this resort or any of the COMO resorts, they are well appointed, attention to detail surpassed our expectations... it is very pricey but it was well worth the money.

Had an amazing time at Como, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms and building spotless, they have a gym and yoga and pilates classes as well as an AWESOME view from the beach club where we had breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

Cannot reccomend The Como enough. Had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are lovely, gym very well equipped with great morning fitness classes. The 2 pools are large and well maintained while facing different directions so great for all day sun and watching the sunset over the beach. The staff were so friendly & accomodating. It was a quick walk down the beach to the main strip of Canggu and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel had a very relaxed luxury vibe. I will be back.

The lagoon pool was amazing for both kids and adults. The COMO beach club has an wonderful atmosphere.
