Hotel was conveniently located for our visit to BCH Waltham. Room was immaculate. Plenty of towels, good AC, comfortable pillows and bed and great room darkening shade. Breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. I guess if I had any complaints it would be the water pressure was quite low. Like I’m all for water conservation but we stayed on floor 5 and there was so little water from faucet and the shower was the same. Everything else was perfect

I have stayed there many times. Each time I have a good time. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and the overall appearance is welcoming. The theme of the hotel are the 1950's to 1960's. Modern furniture and decor is so cool ! 😎

Great hotel. Not all guests are friendly, unfortunately. Room needed some repairs to shower and toilets - shower switch was broken and toilet mechanism would sometimes stick after flushing.

The room was a good size with plenty of seating. The bed was comfortable and not roxk hard like some hotels. The room was clean aside from one hair ball in the bathroom on the floor by the garbage can. The pool looked nice but the hotel allowed a huge party or event that went for the afternoon into the early evening so we were unable to use it. The people were friendly but the party bags, food, and large qty of squealing girls made it uncomfortable. We didn't want to intrude so left instead of swimming. Breakfast was good with a lg variety of options. Staff was very friendly.

The initial room I was given had a horrible smell of urine. They staff immediately placed me in another room on a different floor that was clean. I showered at 7:30 and had trouble getting hot water in a shower with low water pressure. Fantastic fitness center and good breakfast.

Customer service was great. Breakfast was hot and really good, with a lot of to choose from, you could make your own waffles, with jam, toast bagel. oatmeal, or eggs with sausages. Quiet hotel and beds are comfortable.

The design of this hotel is brilliant both in convenience and appearance. Only (minor) negative was the "water saving" commode. 'Water wasting' would be more accurate--several flushes were required most of the time.

There was no bin for recycling. By 9:30 not enough supply of breakfast. You have to wait 10-15 minutes in line to make to make waffle, maybe additional machine would work. The staff were working hard to replenish the good, but with lots of guest, they need extra staff. Very nice front desk and staff. Great! That the housekeeping is back! Thank you!

Nice high rise property with nice, very large double room and bathroom. Small frdige amd microwave are convenient for a few days. Nice breakfast options and laundry on site is very handy (only 1 washer ($2.00) and 2 dryers ($1.50).

Visited Boston and Holy Cross (Worcester) with my son. Hotel and staff were really nice and customer-focused. Some guest, however, did not do a good job controlling their kids and made the staff’s jobs unnecessarily difficult.

Faced a problem with the shower water pressure. It was horrible, although reported to hotel , but problem not solved

Nice clean hotel. Wasn’t able to turn off the HVAC in the room which was annoying. But overall very nice for this level of hotel.

The hotel is clean and cozy. The service at the front desk is good. It’s better than I expected for a 2.5 star hotel. We will surely stay in this hotel when we come to Boston again. My only concern is that the curtain can’t be closed completely.
