Check in was quick and easy. Staff was pleasant and easy to work with. Room was big and had drawers and closets (something we didn't get at another hotel). Coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator made the mornings very comfortable

Dated property. Elevator stopped working, got stuck in it. There was something burning and the fire dept. had to be called out.

Nice clean large room with best bedding pillows and amenities. Interior design throughout the hotel is impeccable.

The customer service was very welcoming. Checking in and checking out loved it.

Security staff on weekends only. Hotel noisy , paper thin walls & housekeeping was loud early in the morning. Air conditioner / Heater smelled musty so we kept it turned off. Sink water pooled & drained extremely slow.

Loved the food, everything was clean and employees were friendly.

First thing I noticed in room 337 was the extra door lock not working properly. The knob just spun, but appeared to be locked. The room phone in room 337 was inoperable. I requested the room to be service twice with negative results. I finally had towels delivered. There was one minuscule bar of soap to use in the bathroom. Nobody uses the dispensers in the showers because the can be opened and who knows what added to them. Going away from the individual mini shampoo bottles made be good for the bottom line, but not for customers. They are too easily tampered with.

Room was clean and a good size for my family. Sofa bed was comfortable and there was a microwave and mini fridge which was great. Plenty of pillows and the beds were comfortable. Snack pantry located by the front desk. Great for a few night trip.

Friendly staff, modern room , spacious bathroom, nice pool and gym. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey.

Perfect for what we needed, which was a clean, comfortable hotel, with good pillows, to get a good night's sleep. Lack of free breakfast was one issue, but we had to leave too early to eat here any way. Appreciated the lobby bistro, which let us just stay in and eat here rather than driving another 15 minutes. Kids' chicken fingers weren't great but tater tot appetizer was fine.

We didn’t have a good time at this property. Dirty room smelling of mold and urine, rude staff at the front desk and at the bistro, inflexible late checkout policy.

Comfortable and spacious, updated room, good food at restaurant, very pretty seating area in back with fire-pit and green landscape. Very nice stay!!

Started my stay at this property and first the Ac didnt work, then the shower was stopped up. Bed was lumpy and sheets felt like sandpaper.

The property has a huge parking lot, amazing staffs and i definitely felt safe and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and the bed, in my opinion, was very comfortable. The sofa bed was nice and spacey for my 11yr old to sprawl out on.

The staff was very helpful and absolutely pleasant. They made up for the very rude other guests at the location. The staff were accommodating and went out of their way to assist with resolving the issues we had. The worst part was that the first night we arrived, 5-6 children (the youngest was around 5) were using the elevator to go to each floor to run up and down the halls, knock on people's doors, and yelling until around 1 AM the following morning. After calling the desk twice, they did manage to catch the kids and return them to their parents - who were downstairs at the bar drinking/partying. The second night there was better and we were able to sleep. The last night there, the people that checked into the room next to us were yelling while communicating for every sentence, the kids tried to open and slammed the door that could potentially adjoin the rooms if you booked together, and even after politely requesting through the door that they not do that because we had young children sleeping with a flight early in the morning, they continued to yell, stomp, and bang on the door - this was with parents joining in on the yelling. We called the front desk, who called and spoke with them, and they turned up the television. We called again an hour later and the front desk moved them. A few hours later, we got up to leave for our flight and found the trashy people had also left their trash beside our door and an open taco on the floor in front of our door.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Cafe staff was very nice, especially since it was New Year’s Day..
