Close to the airport. Accommodating desk staff who offered a late check out. So so bkfst with a lot of waste. Bring back cutlery?! Once you enter the property there's no signage indicating where check in is.

Check-in was so fast and easy. Room was very clean and the bed was supper comfy! Overall this was a great stay and I would definitely come back and stay there again!

The bathroom wasn’t clean. The shower drain was very nasty, the sink stopper was broken and the sink and floor was dirty. I love this hotel overall and this was my first experience not being able to use the bathroom fully because of its condition. I’ll stay here again, just wanted to bring this to the staff’s attention.

The hotel looks pretty new, the room was small but comfortable. The system was down at the time of check in but luckily they had free lavazza coffee and hot chocolate and that eased the wait. The AC at the room made an unbearable loud metallic noise and we had to turn it off, the girl that made us the check in forgot to give us the complimentary bag with water and popcorn but she did it as soon as I mentioned it to her. We enjoyed the pool table. Overall was a good experience and we’ll return.

Lights were flickering. It was scary- like a haunted house. Did not sleep well. Found out later that there was a power outage.

This was the grossest hotel. The first room was dirty with urine all over the toilet. The second room they gave me had food all over the sheets when I pulled back the covers. And the lobby was infested with fruit flies. I left!

Came to NC on college visits. Stayed 3 nights in 3 different hotels. Tru was the best by far !! It was hip and visually sleek. Super clean and Comfy. My son likes the free lays chips on the lobby, the pool table and cool chairs.

There was a short blackout and they had no idea what to do. We were not allowed in nor would they help us with other arrangements. They said it isn’t their job. I’m not a travel agent!

Everything was fine..just ordinary. A bit soulless.Rooms adequate but plain.Breakfast was good. Was unpleasantly surprised by being asked for $100 for parking for three days when other hotels in the area charge $6 to $7 a day or just include it in the package. Went to the airport Lot 3 instead.

Just a one night stay for us. Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable. The 4th floor and our room smelled sour or musty. We booked the airport shuttle and were not told about the $10 per day parking fee and they didn’t ask us which car was ours. That was suspicious in my opinion. The website says free parking!!
