Went to check in at 6:30 pm and the office was already closed. Keys were in a mailbox outside the door. I locked the room and the room had clearly been used and not cleaned. Beds were unmade, there was a til for the cleaning staff still on the counter. Requested to cancel, but never heard back. They charge my credit card anyways.

Lovely January stay. Comfy beds, clean and quiet. The elk wandering around made it extra special!

I am very disappointed with Hotels.com and the hotel. I tried my best to cancel this three days in advance which the website said that I could I was charged anyway, your computer made a mistake on the dates and put January instead of July. I will not use you again, nor will I use that hotel.

Room was OK, but no microwave in a town where everything was shut down for the winter. Hotel offers a "continental" breakfast... hah! 3 stale store bought pastries, cut in half, 1 microwaveable oatmeal package, 2 single serving cereals, tiny coffee cups with no lids, soured creamer.. no, just, no! Never again. You can't check in until 4pm and office is closed to then so no chance of early check in. Check out at 10am... so I'm paying for a room that I can only use for 16 hours during an overnight stay. No closet, just a rack on wall by bed with 3 hangers. Nope nope nope.

We had a nice room with a view of the mountains to the west. Elk walked through the property during the evening, which was an added bonus. Nice, simple breakfast in the morning was great. Large, clean room and comfy bed. Perfect for our visit

Everything was clean and nice. It was a little tricky to find using GPS, so you might want to get written directions before you go. It isn't hard to find, but the location on GPS was wrong.

I loved this place. It was a wonderful treat. Staff were very helpful.

The mattresses were extremely well used. Our heads felt lower than our legs. When one of us were in the bed it was somewhat ok. When the other person entered the bed we sunk in the middle of the bed. Three were three queens and no one had a good mattress. It needed a good dusting, there were several spider webs.
Otherwise it was a nice cabin and we would come back but only if it had new mattresses.

There is only coffee ,cereal cups and Croissants for breakfast. When we arrived there were only a few small croissants left and there were 5 people need to have breakfast.
The microwave is only in the reception which is separated from the accommodation . There are about one hundred meters between them, and there is an unfinished road in the middle. It is difficult to climb up and walk.

The property is brand new and the rooms were very spacious compared to other hotels, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because you don’t get housekeeping services during your stay unless requested and for two days in a row we were told by the breakfast attendants that there was no sugar. We had to go to the front office, which is a block away on our second day and get sugar for our coffees. Something this simple shouldn’t be overlooked.

Our room was quite and clean but parking was a problem. The property was sold out every night we were there (7) they just don't have enough parking places. Also the parking spots were small so one night a large SUV took 2 parking spots because they didn't want anyone close to them. Also the ice machine was out of order the whole time we were there. They had another ice machine in the office but you had to drive around the block to get there.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Yellowstone. Close to park entrance. Clean, cute lil hotel. Staff was great.

Hotel rooms were clean and modern. Young woman running the front desk was unfriendly and uninterested. She failed to mention that ice was only available at the front office which was a downhill hike from our rooms. Our friend had a verbal confrontation with her but manager apologized. Nice hotel but everything around park is terribly overpriced. Several restaurants within walking distance so that was a bonus. Beds were very comfy.

The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shops. It’s also really close to the north entrance into Yellowstone. The rooms are updated with a rustic decor. There are a few parking levels which makes it easy to get luggage into the room. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean.

Very clean comfortable room. From the office to get to our room, it's a short drive through other businesses. Once you've done it it's no big deal, just confusing at first. We stayed during the third week of September. A couple of days were rainy and muddy on the road going up to our section. Once you get to the property it's paved going uphill to your room. We saw Elk from our area, again this was a very comfortable place to call home for a few days.

Very good accommodations all around. One thing needs improvement. The heat/cooling system is noisy and disturbing to sleep. Ours could not be turned off just by pushing the power button. Had to pull plug out of socket.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and have always been more than satisfied. Unfortunately this time the room was not cleaned properly-wood chips/leaves on the carpet, gnats on the comforter, hair and white paint chips on the bathroom floors, garbage in the bathroom garbage can-it was almost like someone had started cleaning but didn’t finish. Thankfully the beds had clean sheets so I used a washcloth to clean the bathroom myself. Staff was friendly and breakfast was appreciated.
