Casa Modelli

I can't say enough great things about Casa Modelli! Our family stay far exceeded our expectations! From communication beforehand traveling from the states to helping with airport/port transfer pick ups and dropoffs! The fresh breakfast every morning with fresh squeezed orange juice, espressos, eggs your way, fresh fruit, and to top off pastries from L'Antico Forno fresh every morning! The elevator is a great perk to start especially if you are staying on the top floors. The terrace is kept beautiful and shaded and the rooftop has some of the best views around. Mariel surprised us one night with a traditional Roman dinner and it was cooked to perfection accompanied with drinks of our choice! The room was outstanding with plenty of space for our family of 4 and A/C! Having two full bathrooms was amazing! Housekeeping was available everyday and the property was super clean and very well cared for and looked after! The convenience of being central and steps from Trevi Fountain was great! I highly recommend Casa Modelli and will certainly stay again when we venture to Rome!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay in Rome The location of this hotel is absolutely exceptional. It is perfectly situated with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of virtually all the major attractions in the historic center. It is literally just a few steps away from the iconic Trevi Fountain, making the experience even more memorable. Beyond the amazing location, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to assist, offer recommendations, and ensure that everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a prime location while exploring Rome. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The previous reviews are absolutely correct—this B&B is literally a 1-2 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, yet you hear none of the crowds or noise, even while enjoying breakfast on the rooftop terrace. While it is technically a bed and breakfast, our family suite was surprisingly spacious. We stayed for four nights with our 11- and 13-year-olds and had plenty of room thanks to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My only real complaint was that you couldn't run both showers at the same time, and the hot water pressure could have been better. The room could also use a closet or dresser for longer stays. Other than that, everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and provided great restaurant recommendations, and the car service they arranged was both convenient and reasonably priced. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop breakfast. It featured a nice continental spread, and fresh eggs were cooked to order each morning. Combined with the unbeatable location and spacious accommodations, it made for a wonderful stay. We would happily stay here again.

What a hidden gem! The terrace is wonderful and breakfast every morning exceeded my expectations. For families or guests looking for 2 bedroom options, this is the place for you. Terrific location, one minute from Trevi Fountain. Coming and going is easy, given the location. The hospitality by the staff is what stands out even more. Very helpful and kind. Mariel went above and beyond to ensure we had not only what we needed but also directions and reccomentations. If you are thinking about booking this spot, do it. It is worth it.
