Loved the European chalet style accomodation and views. Would like to see a menu for dining. The grounds are interesting for their seleceion of trees and ornamentals. Ideal for family reunions. Easy drive or walk into the town center where there are several very good restaurants, including La Esquinas and Aguas Blancas. We stayed midweek with barely another guest but understand the weekends are busy

Just too basic: breskfast not worth it, location is ok but sits on the road, the besr thing was the shower

Excellet location. The staff is super nice. Check in and check out super fast. Great breakfast. Some litle bugs in the room but the room was very clean. Some broken tiles in the kitchen but I will definetely will come again.

We walked to the property after getting off the gua gua, and it was a steep climb, but worth the time to be a part of the cultural experience. The windows opened, and the night lights overlooking the city were fantastic.

No me gusto la habitacion esta muy encerrada sin poder apreciar el exterior, tampoco la limpieza de sabanas,cama ruidosa, etc

The reception was very friendly, informative and very gracious. The waiter/ butler was awsome, very attentive to ours need and very puntual.

Staff was very friendly. Loved the hot chocolate and fire in the fireplace on a rainy day. I absolutely loved all the plants and garden areas. We had nice hot showers and comfortable rooms. We also enjoyed the kids play area. We would have liked for our room to be cleaned in the 4 days we were there and new towels to be provided. I am sure the staff would have done that if we would have requested it, but it would be a good idea for that to be done regularly for the guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Juan Carlos and Adriana were very helpfull and their service was excellent. Also, Emmanuel was excelente tour guide of the prooerty. Bathrooms needs a little improvements. In overall highly recommend staying in Rancho Constanza.

Nice nd friedly staff. Yogurt and bread should be added to the breakfast, as well as banana, the national fruit, and strawberry, the local one, both very abundant.

My reservation was for garden view and they give me the room we the back yard view ,the towels have back smell and the pillow back to like dirty

We stayed in the family balcony so the view was spectacular. It’s located on the third floor. The building is old but it was clean and we had what we needed for 1 night. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful.
