The only thing I would recommend is the front desk let guests know there is a continental breakfast. No mention of it in the room, either. Yes, it might be mentioned online, but I’m used to hearing about those perks at checkin.

Did not like the corner room! Very small with no where to sit except on the bed. No refrigerator in room. Room was very clean.

We went to Nacturna that was held at the Metro. The hotel was an excellent location. We at at the restaurant down stairs, The Mordechai. Great food! The valet service was excellent. Staff was kind and supportive. Since this was our first time there I didn’t know a lot that the hotel had to offer. So take time to explore or ask questions. I would recommend this hotel. We may be staying there again.

HOTEL shows as a high end model. Hotel is clean, dice decor. A little noise, but you are in the heart of the city. Very convenient, lots of dining options, nightlife and attractions. Needless to say that is right in front of Wrigley Field, it doesn’t get better than that!!!

Everything was perfect. The location was great, and we had a wonderful view of Winterland n Gallagher Way. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Everything onsite was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel! Only drawback is no coffee machine in room. That’s always spell’s inconvenience and it did.

I was so impressed, When booking online, I had mentioned we were staying for a birthday. They asked if there were any requests, I asked if they could do something for my friends birthday. They asked what did they drink? I said Bourbon… this was all via text. The next thing I know I hear a knock on the door just after we checked in and they sent a bottle of special bourbon made in the city! Above and beyond!!! So amazing, made our trip. I figured they would send up a birthday drink, not the entire bottle. Very thoughtful & Special!

I LOVE this hotel! It is clean, lovely, has a great location and the staff is wonderful. My only minor complaint...we had an adjoining type room and the occupants on the other side were very loud until the wee hours of the morning. I know you can't control your guests but maybe a bit more soundproofing between rooms.

We love the location because it is across from Wrigley Field! This is where we stay when we fly in to town to catch a Cubs series. Love the Hotel!

The stay was nice. However, there was hair on our daughters pillow and a Jonas Brothers concert band under the bed. Dates from August. But, overall, would stay again.

Decided to book it because it’s across the street from Wrigley Field. I knew I was paying high dollars for the great location. What disappointed me was no coffee in the room and No morning room service. Oh, but you can claim one free cup in their coffee shop down at street level. Parking is on sight in an underground garage but they led me to believe it’s valet only and high dollar.

We seen a concert at Wrigley and it was so great to be able to just walk across the street. Great view of the outside of Wrigley Field. I did not like thay there was no fridge,microwave or coffee pot in the room. When paying that amount of money you shouldn't be expected to buy coffee from their expensive coffee shop downstairs and more food from restaurants because you can't store and heat up your expensive leftovers.
