Ideal location in the old Town. Steps from all the major sights. Staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast every day on the roof deck was a delight!

The Marquès Hotel was a nice hotel on a quiet street in the middle of Valencia. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They knew the neighborhood well .
Breakfast was included which was very nice. An easy walk to many interesting sights.

The staff at the Marques House Hotel was incredible. Great communication and useful information by messages through the app leading up to our arrival date. Our travel plans had to be adjusted due to some flight delays and the staff was spot-on for us and had everything ready when we finally arrived.
The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Central City of Valencia, especially during Fallas. We had a junior suite and the room was fantastic all around. With all the Fallas noise, all we had to do was close the balcony doors and the room was quiet. Remember to put your key card in the little slot just inside the door so the lights work when you are in the room. It took us a couple of minutes to figure that out. My wife's roller broke and shorted out which caused a circuit breaker to trip and the room go dark...the staff responded within five minutes and had everything back up and running and were very understanding and helpful.
Overall, this Hotel and the Staff made our stay in Valencia a wonderful experience...cannot wait to return to the Marques House Hotel!!

I really liked the warm welcome from the staff
My daughter was more than happy for receiving complimentaries during our stay in the hotel. What we didn't like was the drilling noise in the morning but on the whole, the hotel was an amazing place for us.

We had a great time.at Marques House. The hotel is in the middle of the old town, it was welcoming and very clean. And mostly the staff was amazing. We defenitely recommend this hotel!!

Excellent location in the old town and within walking distance of everything. Quiet street with no traffic noise. Very friendly and helpful staff, and nice intimate cocktail bar.

Great hotel located in the Herat of the old city. Staff were super friendly and happy to give suggestions. I stayed in the interior room and it was surprisingly large - shower was particular good and had great water pressure. The room was very clean too. Highly recommend.

My five day stay was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for seeing many sights. Valencia is a very safe and walkable city. Enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel and other amenities as well. The attached bar was lively!

Excellent stay at this hotel - central location a minute away from Plaza del Reina. all major attractions within 10 mins walk, Val Cathedral was a 3 min walk . Close to all major shops and plenty of restaurants. Service is exceptional. Friendly, courteous and helpful reception staff who were always prompt and even checked in on us when our flight was delayed. Room is small but impeccable and the bathroom is amazing. Toiletries smell great and are a sustainable eco friendly brand.
Breakfast is great, loved the fact that you choose off a menu and its freshly prepared so there is no wastage. Bryan and the other breakfast staff were so helpful and served us with a smile each day.
we will definitely be coming back.

lastly this hotel has an amazing bar - Cafe Madrid is a gem - excellent range of cocktails, and for a non drinker like me, their no alcohol cocktails were amazing (try the Emblesso) - bar staff were fab.

Location is very convenient for almost everything we like and need for our stay!! Breakfast package was decent! Managed to conveniently book a cab and pickup juat out in the entrance from lovely assistance from reception on the way back to airport.

The hotel is very centrally located. It is recently modernized so in good shape. The staff is very supportive. Claudia gave us great recommendations. For the price I had expected some more space as well as continuously warm water.

Lovely quirky hotel in great location.
The only downside was the noise from other guests doors opening and closing in corridor- certainly not sound proof rooms but apart from that, very nice.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Rooms with small balconies overlook a small walk area with some shops that can be noisy at night particular on the weekends.

The service was the best we've ever had! Before arriving, we were personally messaged for them to help with any arrangements. So friendly and helpful! Clean and modern rooms (comfy bed and amazing bathrooms) and the location couldn't be better with a main square just down the lane.

Lovely property in a perfect location on a pedestrian street. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a delight. If you like cocktails, try the agua de Valencia at the hotel bar.

After needing to leave our AirBNB quickly due to unforeseen issues, we booked a room at this hotel. The hotel is centrally located with many restaurants, stores, and sites surrounding it, all within walking distance. Upon arrival, we were greeted and immediately assisted by Rebecca, who was cheerful and very helpful. She got us checked in and held our bags for us while we explored and waited for our room to be ready. She had our room ready early and we were able to get settled. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large bathroom. We also paid for breakfast at the hotel, which was located on the rooftop terrace. The food and drinks were great, as was the service of the friendly staff. The next day, Claudia ordered us a taxi and it arrived and was waiting for us upon our departure. Overall, with the service of Rebecca, Claudia and the other staff members, our stay was excellent and memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to/in Valencia!
