We are very happy with our stay. We called ahead to let them know about our late check in and when we arrived the staff was very friendly and gave us a floor choice. Breakfast was convenient pretty good. The location was perfect with the mall across the parking lot and the lake behind the hotel

1. The property was in a nice area, very close to all the shopping and dining options. The beds were not that good. My family complained about them to be uncomfortable and that they couldn't get a good night's sleep. Maybe the quality of the beds need to be improved
2. We stayed on a weekend and a weekday. The breakfast on the weekend was very good. But the following weekday, there were not that many good options. I understand that the hotel would focus on the the weekend considering the traffic, but the quality has to be maintained regardless.

Nicely located next to the outlet, Casino, IMax theater, and lots of restaurants in the area. Both our rooms had the direct view of the lake on the 3rd floor. All these and the free breakfast, dog friendly hotel, EV charger, very friendly and helpful staff makes this pretty much the best hotel we've stayed in the greater reno/sparks area.

Nice staff and good enough breakfast. Walls, floors are thin so I woke up a number of times to people walking above us on their heels.

We had the king suite balcony room, we travel from California to stay here all the time! It is our favorite room! This time we were missing the extra sheets, pillows and blankets for the pull out bed, but I called downstairs and they got them up there within 15 minutes! Will be coming back

Also our shower doors would not remain closed and we would have to hold them in place while using the shower

Nels at the front desk enthusiastically welcomed us and Jessica did a great job preparing our room. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Stayed here for our son’s baseball tournament @ Golden Eagle Regional Park. An easy 15 min drive to the park. The location is great, lots of dining/food options within waking distance as well as entertainment including Scheel’s, Legends Bay casino, Coconut Bowl, etc. I would highly recommend all 3! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Eric front desk has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He rudely kept me waiting at front desk for a while. As he finally came out of the back office he was on a personal call the whole time he checked me into the hotel. His call was on speaker the whole time!
Never greeted me or said anything besides my I.d. & credit card for deposit. Never once did he make eye contact with me. He also continued his conversation while helping the next customer. We both agree that it was the rudest customer experience EVER!

Nice place. Great room.
But the smell of marijuana being smoked next-door woke us up in the middle of the night. And that was not good. Made the wife sick. You need to not let that happen

Great location to shopping and restaurants and a wonderful hiking trail around the marina was a bonus! The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.

I thought it was unique that I had access to a Casino within walking distance. The room was clean and pleasant. The room I had included a tub/shower combination with many grab bars. I have need of this so this is a nice option. Breakfast had many delicious options. I will stay here the next time we come through.
