The room was beautiful, perfect location and 5 stars to the cleaning lady.. because I forgot my airpods and she ran down the stairs to give them to me. THANK YOU, I am very grateful

This was an absolutely beautiful place that had tons of room for our family of four. We had the top floor with a great view of the Duomo. It was an excellent location and easily walkable to everything. The only downside is that we could hear a lot of street noise at night, but it didn't bother our kids, and we got used to it. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice room with perfect location. Remember to email or call in advance to get check-in details (provided you get these details from Hotels.com, which I didn't, but calling the number on the wall outside worked).
