All of the staff was so helpful and kind! They went above and beyond! The only real downside to this place is that there is no elevator, but they will offer to help carry things up and down the stairs.

The part of town we were in was rough, but that's not the hotel's problem. Still, all rooms started on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. I'm not sure how federal ADA standards can be bypassed. The breakfast was disappointing. The staff were quit nice though. If you're on a budget, this was passable, but at $130 per night, it wasn't worth the value. I've stayed in nicer Motel 6's at half the price. When you walk into the lobby you get the immediate "I don't know" vibes. It's rough, from the ripped carpet to the stained ceiling tiles. There was no attention to detail. I can't help but think of that old saying, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression." They missed the mark here.

The free breakfast was not the best. I was disappointed when I tried to make my waffle. The griddle was hot but there was no mix!

Overall this place terrible except the staff. Extremly dirty carpet, appearance was dirty.

Location is ok. Didn't like all the kids and babies,kinda noisy. No hair dryers either. Great breakfast.

The property was quiet and handy to the freeway. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was good. However, this facility has NO ELEVATOR and my room was on the 3rd floor, which meant hauling stuff up the stairs. The gentleman on the desk very kindly hauled my suitcase up for me, but everyone in earshot was complaining about the lack of elevator. The room was clean but the 2 of the lamps had no bulbs and the refrigerator did not work. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Room didn't appear to be properly cleaned- carpet was unvacuumed and bed pillows appeared "used". Staff was friendly and accommodating offering a look at other available rooms to choose until I found one I liked. I've stayed here one other time, but this time it seemed run-down overall and I don't think I'll be back.

No elevator. Didn’t dare sit on the stained chair at the desk. Bathtub was kind of gross. I paid for my solo room $200 while a couple I travelled with paid $100.

Not a new place, still smells of stale cigarette smoke, but overall a decent place to lay your head. Staff was friendly, night was quiet, no complaints.

The hotel does not even have an elevator for the first floor. There is no handicap access or means for people to get around. This site needs to be taken off the hotels.com app

Close to the freeway. Easy to find. Affordable and check-in and out was fast.

Staff was amazing and very friendly. Check-in was simple and easy. She answered all my questions without issues. Room defiantly needs some updating. Being soo close to a busy road we thought there would be some sound proofing. Cars sounded like they were in the room. No fan in the bathroom which is very odd. Shower wall was not attached to the bathroom wall. Shower head was VERY low. I'm 5'4 and I had to crouch down to get my head under it. If 6 people can stay in the room then there needs to be enough towels for 6 people. couch and chair cushions were stained on all sides. No extra bedding for the pull out sofa available in room.

Not a remotely nice hotel. We got here thinking this would be a decent spot for one night and were sorely mostaken. I know how difficult hotels.com is to pry money from so we stayed here. Whats worse is we wasted a free night to stay in a dump.

The motel was comfortable, staff was friendly, rooms are a bit dated but very clean. No elevator though had to schlep luggage up a flight of narrow stairs.

Parking lot had MANY homeless folks in it. Perhaps they were being temp housed there, perhaps the covered parking provides shelter? Room was dirty and not cleaned well. Sheets were stained, towels were very poor quality with tears and stains. Very noisy in the evening. Not a good place.

The walls are very thin and we could hear the people above us walking around and someone in the room next to us snoring. The bed was ok for comfort, firm but comfortable. The shower nozzle was super low (I am 5’3” tall and it was alt too low for me to wash my hair. I chose not to due to super low water pressure as I did not want to have it take a long time to eat my hair fully clean.

The air conditioner worked fine the 1st day but not the 2nd night

Room was terrible, crap on toilet seat, bed’s poorly made, dirty floor, curtains hanging off rod. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Mold in shower, tub not clean. Room 143

all rooms are only accessible by 16 stairs and so due to our age and abilities, we were transferred to a sister hotel, so hotel NOT GOOD FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES

Rooms were not cleaned.. had to change the sheets due to hair. A lot of hair in the bath tub too. Front staff was good. Their cleaning staff might not be good.

No staff at front desk after several minutes of waiting. Morning front desk staff talking very loudly while on a personal phone call. She was also demeaning her boss to guest.

I dislike leaving negative reviews so I'll start with the pros: nice staff, low prices, no deposit fee, available rooms, right of the freeway. Cons: they don't heat their building except the lobby and rooms in use- hallway's freezing- they turned on the heater in our room before we entered but we could see our breath for a half an hour. Then we realized the heater is all or none- the temp wasn't adjustable so we were up all night turning it on and off. But that's not what kept us up- it was the other occupants above us that were seriously the noisiest we've ever experienced. It sounded like they were dropping weights on the floor and running back and forth above us ALL NIGHT LONG. Then we connected the dots. When we were checking in the staff said he didn't like putting people on the 3rd floor unless he had to. We soon realized that this was most likely a druggy hotel. They rent the 3rd floor rooms maybe long term because when we were checking out we complained and they looked up the room above us and knew who we were talking about so this obviously is a renter who they have issues with. Coupled with the sketched druggy roaming the parking lot it was obvious that we were in a hotel that doesn't care about the experience of the stay. Outdated room and we slept in our day clothes because we were afraid they reused the bedding without washing. The tv stopped working (apparently they shut them off at night) and our door didn't lock. At least our car didn't get broken into.
