The place looked cute and appeared clean but wasn’t very clean.

Staff could barely speak English. My reservation wasn’t available because they claimed internet was down. At least that’s what I thought the guy said because he could barely speak English. Had to reregister. They required a CASH $100 deposit that was not mentioned until check in, with no offer of a receipt for the cash.
Room was disgusting and filthy. Stains and dirt on sheets. (Plus I took blacklight photos that would turn your stomach.) Walls absolutely filthy, bathtub filthy including stains and actual dirt in it and cigarette burns all along tub edge, despite the posted signs that said smoking was not allowed. Stains and streaks on mirror and tons of dirt on doors. Mini fridge was frozen over and unusable. Only one towel in room. No hair dryer. No extra lock on door, just the door knob lock. Wires hanging down from TV with cable box just dangling on the wall. Remote didn’t even turn TV on or off.
Bed was so filthy that I went to store and bought my own linens and pillow to put on top of bed. Didn’t want to touch nasty bed. Sheets were also about 50 thread count. Cardboard would have been softer. And only one super thin cover on bed.
Air conditioner barely worked and had broken case and fins. Trash all around door and parking lot outside. Fountain in parking lot broken with no water and weeds growing all around it. Broken towel rack pieces scattered around the room.
Over all it was the worst hotel from I have even seen. Absolutely nasty.
Do not ever stay here!

The location was good. A surprise requirement for a $100.00 cash deposit was not appreciated. That was not on the web page or indicated at all until arrival to check in.
The staff was friendly and efficient.

The location of the property is good with respect to near-by dining, gas stations & shopping.
Property has new owners and some remodel work is on going. Non-smoking rooms still smell like an ash tray.
Thick dust / lint under the bed, towel on floor behind the bathroom door, makes you wonder how well it gets cleaned between guest stays.

On second morning there were ants all in the bathroom, why I don't have a clue. They did only charge me 92.10 so I guess since you guys charged our credit card 130 plus we will see a refund on our next bill. As far as the people they were nice.

The manager that gave us our key seemed nice but that was the best part of our experience. when we opened the door and turned on the light, several bugs went crawling across the floor. I killed 4 of them. I'm pretty sure they were bed bugs. I've never seen bed bugs before but we googled it an am pretty sure that is what we saw. We immediately returned the key. The Manager offered us another room but we figured if one room has bugs most likely all the rooms do. And since they offered us another room they are refusing to give us a refund. We ended up finding a room at the state park lodge.

Major repair is need on site. We had to put a blanket on the windows. The window dressing was broke. The handles to turn on the water in the tub broke when I went to turn them on.

If I were a meth addict I would love this place. Outside looked like walking deadPlace looked unsafe. You had to call a number to get someone to come out to check in. I had 2 dogs and they could only take cash for their fee. That should have been a red flag to leave. We got our key and went to the room. We walked in and immediately booked a hotel 25 mins down the road just so we didn’t have to stay there. Expedia needs to remove this from their website so no one else get duped into staying there. The place reminded me of the bates motel Except with zombies.

Bathroom tube leaked all the time sounded like water was on wasn't everytime someone used the toilet had to be unclogged

The owners were absolutely super! Very accommodating and nice but that’s where the good ends. Rooms were horrible! It was supposed to be a non smoking room but reeked of smoke and there were burn marks on the side of the tub. Hair was stuck everyone on the shower walls. The pillows were so flat that even folding them in half still left them flat and there were only two on a king bed. There were zero towels in the room! No trash can in the room anywhere! Obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a while! Slept on top of covers...in our clothes because of how dirty everything was!

It was an alright stay. It gave us a place to sleep. There was no hot water. We had 2 towels only, no soap. We had to ask for toilet paper. The most disappointing thing was that we stayed 2 nights. After our first night, there was no house cleaning or making of our beds and no clean towels.

I liked the beds slept very comfortable. I didn't like no coffee maker in the room. Nor was there a drink or snack machines and all the stores closed early so that would have been nice. Will stay again next time we come to Kentucky

Pillows were about an inch thick, bedding was VERY minimal- literally two sheets and the thinnest blanket ever- no bed spread or comforter or even a mattress cover under the fitted sheet. Mattress was terrible, cigarette burns on the tub/sink, smelled like smoke. Good WiFi. I was there for a business trip and immediately went to Dollar General and bought a new pillow/case and a blanket and hangers (all were missing). No coffee maker or hair dryer- fridge and microwave were good. There is an attached liquor store with a drive through- so all night the head lights were flashing across/thru the terrible vertical blinds that disintegrated when you tried to adjust them. And the owner has a diesel truck which they start up at 6 am and dont even drive away- so dont plan on sleeping in.

The property was in the midst of a renovation and had unfinished rooms. However the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. They gave us one of the newly renovated rooms which was clean and bright. Overall when it is finished the motel will be one I would recommend.

Wow. Where to begin... Checked in around 1am and clerk stated computers were down. No receipt given but credit card was charged immediately. Checked into room and immediately had to get out of the room. Complete filth is an understatement. Shower fixtures not attached to wall. No toilet paper or toilet paper holder in bathroom! Shower leaking and screws bleeding rust stains down shower. Strong wet, dank, musty mold smell immediately overtook me in room. Pubic hair on toilet and bathroom floor. Carpet stained terribly and obviously had not been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. There was a throw rug on the floor. When rug lifted up, a 6X6 section of carped had been CUT OUT! God only knows what necessitated that!Grabbed bags and packed up car to leave. Clerk observed us packing up and when I started to walk to office, the clerk and his girlfriend immediately locked the office door, shut the lights off and literally RAN into the back room!! It was bad. We found another local hotel which was much nicer and we ended up spending the entire extended Labor Day weekend there - very happy. I think I may probably not recommend this hotel to say the least.

Very run down property in severe need of maintenance. Several Blind slats were missing in front window. Smoke alarm torn off wall. Chain on door ripped from door jam. Sheets clean but very stained. No phone provided in room or even waste paper basket.

Paid for King got well IDK if it was even a full. Sagging on 1 side. Room smelt like cigarettes. No smoke detector. But hey, that's what 66.00 gets ya crap. Clean towels and sheets. Close to restaurants.

Property was run down. Room smelled horrible. Toilet did not work. Bed was no made. We got a refund and left.

I liked how cheap it was. When i got to the room there was no toilet paper and it took forever to find a key that fit our door

The staff was friendly. However, the motel had a lot of kids playing outside late at night which made the noise level outstanding at night time. It also had adults hanging out which left me with discomfort in leaving my car unattended. The owner said the house keeper cleaned my sheets but they had cigarette holes in them, stains and no fitted sheet on it. There were flies, bugs, etc. around the room.
