Check in took lot of time with only one or two front desk staff

Good food, bad customer service

I like that the hotel is cognizant about the allergens and the staff is able to find out from the chef about any ingredients when we ask about them. Hotel is generally clean and the staff respond to house keeping or guest services. There were a few issues with the room for us, but they were taken care off. The spa services prices are reasonable,they have an amazing view on the terrace, with an infinity pool. I liked the walkpath around the hotel building on the terrace, but the exhaust coming out of the hotel put me off, as they blow directly on the walkers.

Staff needs improve in concierge services. Otherwise it was ok. I had to call few times to have my laundry picked up in the morning. Room was spacious and clean.

One should be careful when booking for a family. The hotel does not provide any extra bed without additional cost though they take reservation with kids without mentioning extra bed charges and charge at the hotel.

My room is on 5th floor and the elevator doesn’t work.

Neatness and housekeeping is compromised since my last visit. Food taste need to be improvised a lot.

There were stains on the sofa and the bed sheets were not clean.

The hotel staff tried to argue that the breakfast was not included with the reservation, had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Other than that frustrating issue, overall a pleasant experience.

Had a really pleasant stay at Novotel Tarun Vijayawada. The staff were really friendly and quick to respond. The head chef Vinay is a willing and creative chef. Have ordered a quinoa pulav, as a special meal. It was made delightfully delicious. Great attention to detail. Chefs Sai and Purendra have fantastic ability to produce great food. The infinity swimming pool is a big plus. Highly recommended place

Location is good.Property is neatly maintained. Only concern is with the service as staff took significant amount of time when we ask anything.

The Studio room was more comfy and big in size. This is the 3rd time staying in the same studio room and happy as always.
