Hotel is nice but had a few concerns that made my stay a little uncomfortable. I ended up leaving a day early because of it.
Pros: Nice hotel and staff was nice. Breakfast was not bad. Price was not bad.
Cons: Room wasn't very cozy. AC didn't blow cold air. The AC had a meadow smell that made all of us cough. The beds was a bit hard and the pillow were too small and soft. Couldn't sleep well so it was best to call it a trip and go home. It could just be the room they put me in. I did let the front clerk know and they said that is what they have to offer. If they would of offered another room that was better I may have stay the other night I paid. No refund for the night I didn't stay.

This LaQuinta is Perfectly located for travelers coming and going from West Texas (I20) or heading to and from San Antonio via (I35)…There’s a QT gas station to get you back on the road… Breakfast and seating area in this LaQuinta is Awesome!!! Thank You for a Great Stay.

Very nice accommodation, and friendly, professional staff. Nice lobby area, with coffee available during the day (unlike most other hotels these days). Small things like that make a difference, too. Great view of the solar eclipse from the car park today! Thanks.

Had a horrible experience with front desk girl Zoe. Had a problem with our toilet overflowing. Fully booked hotel with no onsite manager, no onsite maintenance.. was given a plunger by front desk girl Zoe and was told she don’t get paid to do maintenance work. So I guess I was paying to stay and perform maintenance work. Had to wait to speak with property manager till the next day. Got a refund for a night stay.. but would so much rather be treated like a paying guest. Also iron was dirty and ruined our cloths.. Manager tried his best to make it better and we appreciate that but it was a bit late and had to use public RR on the 1st floor that night. Glad it’s over with and hope we never have to deal with such BS again since we are always using La Quinta for all our trips.

Worst nights sleep ever. The doors are ridiculously heavy and the walls super thin. This means that whenever anyone on your floor opens their door it shakes the entire floor. Walls, bed, everything. Add to that that the AC made a loud grinding noise everytime it kicked on and I doubt I got 20 minutes straight sleep all night

I was here from NC because my grandmother was in hospice care and expecting to make the transition that we did not expect so soon. My daughter called and made the reservations for me and the service was great and the day shift service was exceedingly pleasant. I will definitely be staying here again, hopefully on a more joyful visit. Thank you.

Good hotel but the pool was closed due all weekend to the water burning a whole football team only reason I stayed here

The staff was amazing, the place was a little dirty. Needed a little cleaning. The pool had issues and the kids who swam had hives so the pool was closed immediately. Breakfast was good.

When we first checked in the room we were assigned had dirt, stains, and food all over the carpet. We had mentioned 3 people would be staying and they did not have bedding for the sofa bed. They failed to honor the AARP price that I had rented under and so I had to pay $50 more per night. Very disappointed.

Hotel was clean, and the staff friendly. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. We only had one hanger and there were three of us. The cleaning staff seemed to get irritated if we asked for extra towels and wash cloths.
Breakfast was good, with basic offerings. I will probably not choose the hotel again if in the area.

Our stay in Duncanville was good but we got cheated for day 2 of no cleaning and no made beds and trash pickup. There was no excuse why they missed it.

I liked the appearance from the outside. It’s near a gas station and convenience store and right next to a car wash and the highway.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our only issue was with the foul smell of the water after flushing the toilet each time- it smelled like sewer water that lingered for a bit.

All the accommodations were great till I needed a receipt for my company. The desk worker said she couldn't print me one. Never been to a place that could not print our your receipt. So, I came home without a much-needed receipt to get my reimbursement.

I was not pleased and uncomfortable during my visit. Chair in room was filthy. There appeared to be nose matter on wall by one of the beds. The sink was cracked. The employees were friendly but they are only employees.

We just stayed for a quick overnight, but LaQuinta is always a reliable option for us. Rooms are reasonably priced, always clean, and staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

The young lady who checked us in was super sweet and welcoming. The room was very nice and honestly I was impressed for such a low rate. We stopped for the night on the way to see my MIL while she is on hospice so it was a huge blessing that it was comfortable and clean and affordable.

Overall it was great. Once of the nicest once we stayed at. Only issue we had was that the door wouldn’t shut. We basically had to sleep with the door open and use the upper reinforcement lock to prevent someone from coming in.

We were in town for medical reasons. Sitting around a hospital can be stressful and exhausting. So, check-in was quick and easy; our room was pristine and inviting. I cannot believe the affordability. I've already booked again for next week.
