Overall, the room was just as described, not so big but had everything necessary. Cleanliness is very good. Staff were friendly. Bed is comfy. The only thing disturbed me one night was a couple next door who were having a good time and whom I could hear through the walls. I guess the walls are thin due to lower fees of the hotel.

The front desk staff was so nice and able to communicate in English. I have noticed that I forgot something in the room after checking out - when I returned to the hotel, she quickly issued the key card and let me get it. Thanks to her efficiency, I didn’t have to miss our flight. I wish the water pressure was stronger in the property but I heard it is common problem in Seoul.

this hotel is very clean and safe. I loved it!

I was in a studio room and it was a very unique layout with a tub and a little sitting room. There was an issue with the light in the bathroom and they sent someone to take care of it right away. I don’t find the area particularly interesting but some 24 hour restaurants around and about an 8 min walk to the subway. Very easy access to incheon airport bus so highly recommend the location for your last night in Seoul.

This boutique hotel was quaint and cute. I got the smallest room. It was well designed to minimize space and just super cute. If you’re looking for a reasonably price hotel in a semi-ritzy part of Seoul…this is it.

My 4 nights stay at Patio 7 are really good, the room size and facility for "Uptown Studio" is good. I like the bath tub in the room.
However, as the traffic jam situation in apgujeong and sinsa area is severe and our hotel isn't near either any subway station, therefore it is quite inconvenient even there's bus stop outside. There's an alternative that you may consider riding a public scooter considering that you are able to perform well on the very steep slope nearby.
To sum up, living far away from the sightseeing spots are worth it with this room size and facility.

staffs are very kind. but too much noise makes outside. The soundproofing was too bad. The sound of construction outside woke me up from 6 a.m. and clearness was bad.

Staff is very friendly. Stayed for over two weeks and was very happy with everything. Price was affordable and really enjoyed the location. I should comment that it can get a bit loud on weekends.

Located in a convenient area, but hotel room was very uncomfortable. Maybe others would like the "fouton" style bed, but my back was killing me after sleeping on it.

***AVOID THIS HOTEL at ALL COST!***
Dirty. NOT COVID safe!
There is a high probability that you and your loved ones may get infected with COVID and other viruses if you stay here.b they do not sanitize or clean their property.
1) Found balls of human hairs in the shower gutter. Yuck!
2) Asked for refund, but the owner of the hotel flat out refused and didn’t compensate for the room that was not ready.
3) Also, the lobby area is full of dust, rust, and spider webs.
4) The cleaning lady wiped all the exercise equipment with just one small towel!!!
Isn’t the hotel supposed to be COVID conscious and sanitize and clean the its entire premises? Unacceptable!!! Look somewhere else to stay.

Patio 7 is an amazing property that has amazing friendly staff and awesome amenities. Great location in Gangnam, close to great food, entertainment, and shopping. Patio 7 is my go to hotel in Seoul. I've had an extended stay here this time and the staff knows me so well and treats me like family. Best hotel in Seoul.

Patio7 is the best hotel in Korea. I stay at this hotel when I am in Korea. The staff is the friendliest and the accommodations are awesome. The staff knows you by name and knows your style so that they accommodate you in the best way. I recommend anyone stay at this hotel for the service, staff, accommodation, and superb location to everything in Seoul.

We dropped off our baggages in the morning first. We were greeted by a friendly manager during that time and he helped us to keep our bags. We then headed out to have some meals before the check in hours. However at 130pm after we’ve had our meals, it was raining. So we headed back to the hotel lobby to wait but here’s what we got upset at. Since there were only TWO seats at that so called Lobby, my brother and I then seated on that little small bench near the counter (however it really wasn’t blocking anyone). Then a guy named Dormamuu rudely told my brother to get away because he wants to check the locals in first. (For your info, we didn’t even mind that he checked them in first before us.) But his tone really pissed us off. We waited for so long and I did even show up my pissed off look. He didn’t want to check us in or entertain us or welcome us AT ALL until the manager came out (the friendly manager we were greeted by in the morning), literally until the manager asked him to check us in then only that Dormamuu guy willing to entertain us. I thanked him after he handed me the key but really I am still very upset about him being so rude to us as customers.
As for the room, it’s clean and alright. We like the free mini bar though. Also, we like how they provide free laundry downstairs as well. Their elevators are too dark, quite creepy. Free breakfasts are served as well.

Amazing property. Very friendly staff with a full of energy atmosphere. Recommend to everyone to stay. Rooms are clean and staff is very accommodating. My go to hotel in Seoul every time.

This is my second stay at the hotel. I love it’s close proximity to Sinsa-dong and how well-connected it is to other stations. It takes about 5min to take the bus to Apgujeong Station (and the bus stops right outside Blue Bottle Coffee if you’re interested!) and Myeongdong is about 25min away (including transfer time). The tub, although a bit small, was sufficient for a good soak after a long day of traveling. The staff are always friendly. My only grouse is that the breakfast location is not in the building itself. Previously it was in the basement and you had to take a separate lift at the lobby, but for some reason they have now shifted it to Patio9 (another building maybe 50m away). Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel to solo/couple travelers!

The air conditioning & toilet in my room made continuous noise all night, I hardly had any sleep. Changed another room in the morning, the noise of the air con was even worse, then changed another one again, it was a bit better, still have noise but less. The staff said all the rooms have noise from the air con, it was only luck to pick a less noisy one. Besides, the noise from the street was quite loud too. The air con was being set automatic which you can’t keep the fan running, it kept on and off. I felt so hot several times at night which woke me up because of the temperature. But if you turn it colder, when it switched itself on, the wind was too strong, it blow right straight to your face. Anyway, the air con was a big problem. The only good thing is free minibar and snacks everyday. But I still will not choose this hotel anymore. At the end of the trip I was totally exhausted because of lack of sleep. I didn’t try the breakfast, but my friend said it was soso.

Perfect for a short stay. Liked that they have free laundry, coffee, breakfast, etc. Courteous staff and great customer service!

I have very mixed feelings about this place. Starting with *parking*. Parking is not free. (Should mention paid parking on hotels.com) Its cheap but not free. When checking in and being told to pay for parking, its a rude surprise - despite the cheap price. Also, parking is very confusing. I was traveling with a young child who really needed to use the bathroom. I had to be very strong with staff to be allowed to take my son to our room to use the bathroom. The clearly wanted me to move the car. I had parked on the wrong property (Patio 9) and the staff was not kind. The Patio 9 staff actually said I could stay in their spot but Patio 7 said no. Absolutely ridiculous to overrule the other gentleman. The gentleman who actually worked in parking was supremely kind.Perhaps my biggest complaint is the pool. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool. My son is 5 (international age) and wanted to swim. The pool said 19+. I ignored it and went swimming in the rain with my son. NOWHERE does hotels.com indicate that this is an adults only swimming pool. Is this deception intentional?I dont hold the hotel responsible for my neighbors yelling Korean curse words in the hallway. The hotels stylish. Our room, tiny. No table. No sitting area. Literally just a bed. (good bed) This hotel needs to make it clear that this is not a family hotel. The staff needs to smile and act less cool. Ive stayed in top hotels and this mimics one nicely but too many rude surprises.

Very friendly staff. The staff were able to make us feel at home and answered all of our questions. They helped us arrange a bus ride to the airport and while we were waiting made us very comfortable. The room is very cozy and has all the amenities you would need.

Hip property that is not very functional/practical.

Hotel is nice, area is quite weird - automotive and industrial supply wholesalers everywhere. Not quite Gangnam - would pay more for a better area next time around. Although staff were pleasant and friendly, problem solving and assisting was completely absent. A prime example was when I wanted to make a purchase at the cafe bar beside the check-in desk where two employees were standing. The cafe bar worker was missing so instead of one of the two free front desk clerks selling me a Perrier water (which was in clear sight on the counter) for the price posted, they smiled and said “sorry no”. I had to walk down the street and buy elsewhere. This is simply annoying, unnecessary and inefficient. Training in customer service is needed.

Clean with a good breakfast and solid service. Rooms are rather small.

i like the aesthetic and the tv guide. the location was easy to find.

The service at the hotel was stellar. The hardwood floors were clean as well as the rest of the room. Good location to stay in Gangnam as it’s close to all the shopping areas and is on a main road. The room is well designed so you have everything you need.

No extra pillows offered. Showers didn’t work properly and required maintenance. Far too noisy! Not enough sound proofing. The bed was fairly comfortable. The air conditioning was temperamental so we had to leave the window open to cool the room down. The restroom had no lock.
