The staff were Awesome and the room was large with microwave, fridge, desk chair, couch. The room was nice and the rest room and shower were Great. Overall my rating would be 10 out of 10 !!

Kind of hard to access due to the road construction. The hotel however was great.

One of the cleanest and nicest hotels I have stayed. The staff was wonderful, the continental breakfast was great, and the rooms were very clean.

The swimming pool and hot tub were empty which was very disappointing. We were not made aware at booking Lovely stay otherwise

Check in process was the worst we've ever experienced. Desk person would not give us a room until the confirmation # came through on their email. Also said there was no wifi available in the lobby which meant we could not check our email. Very frustrating to wait so long.

Stayed there while traveling across the country. Great, clean, friendly place. Would 100% recommend. Front desk staff were very helpful. My reservation was not showing up and she promptly figured it out and got us in our room. After a long day of travel we were very appreciative.

Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9 am. There was NOTHING hot after 8. My husband was 1st of our group of 10. There wasn’t any bacon, sausage, eggs. There was a college soccer team there also & they did not get any hot breakfast, so you can’t blame them. Also, one of our group members left a brand new Underarmour jacket & the front desk told her that it wasn’t turned in. That is very sad. Our group reserved 5 rooms. Needless to say, none of us will be staying or recommending this property in the future

Construction

Very good

First of all the staff gave me the wrong room. Then when they moved me to another room it was still not the room I had reserved. They charged me an additional 25.00 for moving from a double full room to a King bedroom when I specifically reserved the studio King. Horrible service at the hotel

Only started 1 night but the room was great and the bath was great and all so roomy.

I requested a handicapped room and was given one But it was a shower and tub combination which was very difficult to use. I anticipated they would have a walk-in shower. the young woman staffing the desk about five o clock was very kind and helpful.

When I checked in I asked for the Wi-Fi password and was told I couldn’t have it as I was not a member of some special group. Several days later as I passed through Guymon I saw a billboard advertising “free hot breakfast and Wi-Fi.”

Room was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Definitely will book again.

Staff was helpful even though we were checking in late. Rooms were clean and comfortable and up to date.

I forgot toothpaste, and didnt have any down in hospitality area, looks to have been out !

Everything was OK except the refrigerator did not work. We needed it for beverages we planned to during the next day.

The room was clean. Breakfast the usual fare. Desk staff at check in and check out were very distracted by their computer screens. Barely spoke to us. At check out I asked for a paper receipt at checkout and was given a page with all zeroes in the cost and payments, when I looked at it in our car. The area the motel in is very noisy. There were very loud booms during the night of unknown cause. There is a run down trailer court in front of the motel that our room looked down at. Didn’t seem to be a safe area. Is tucked in very close back behind another motel. Grounds are not landscaped, torn up landscape fabric with no plants and dead plants. Our room only had one chair to sit at large desk/table to eat the food we picked up. Wouldn’t stay here again .

Hotel was very clean. The staff was very attentive and very helpful. Will return in the future.

I requested first floor room several days ago. I do not understand why I cannot get that request. She had a king bed room available but not two queens. When the request comes in they should have been able to accomodate my room request.
