This is a newer hotel next to the medical center and just off the interstate. The only two criticisms we have are that there is no reason for the significantly higher price as compared to other chain hotels in this location and the way the room is configured we heard (loud and clear) every toilet flush in the rooms above and below and adjacent.

Very nice facility and rooms but bar and bistro stated they closed at 10 which seems exceptionally early for a Friday night (for the bar anyway) and we were told at 9:30 upon checkin they were already closed :(

Property was good. Gym was good. Bar was supposed to close at 10pm but was closed at 9:30pm when we arrived.

Great hotel in a nice area. The only thing that knocked down the score was a strange smell in the bathroom. Kept the door shut. Very nice room otherwise.

rooms were clean and updated. staff was friendly. Hotel was easy to get to from freeway. we did not dine there, we were hungry and tired. so we went for food. lots of places to choose from near the hotel.

It’s a great property! The only thing is price is a little steep. My room however was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was super great size with walk in shower:)

The property and staff were great but the lower rating is due to the noise when staying on the 1st floor. The people above us were stomping around and then the plumbing goes through the wall where the head of the bed is so you hear the water running all night. Dont request to stay on the first floor :)

I love the area , property was beautiful and friendly!! I do think the paying to park was Sony that would be risky about returning. I would have loved it the hotel had a jacuzzi.

We were looking forward to relaxing in our PJ’s in bed and watch some TV/movies…TV quit working around 10:30 pm…didn’t want anyone in our room when we were already settled down, so let it go…
TV worked for a short time in the morning and then quit again…staff told us to disconnect power and then try it…did not work…again in my PJ’s so didn’t want anyone in our room…☹️☹️

The AC never got cold enough that was my only issue. For a new place the AC should be blowing on ya.

No rest due to noise from roof and vent system
False advertisement as microwaves are not provided in guest rooms. Breakfast was very limited. Hand sanitizers were empty! We don’t mind paying extra but for heaven’s sake make it an enjoyable stay. We shall never stay at the Courtyard again.

This hotel was advertised as having a bar and restaurant. After driving several hours, we looked forward to a drink in the bar and a good dinner. When we arrived, we were told that the bar was closed and the restaurant was only open in the morning. So we were forced to get back in the car to find a meal. In the morning, I spent over $7 for a small cup of coffee and a yogurt. Room was nice but had no closet or hair dryer

For $197 a night, I expect breakfast in the morning, even $147 hotels with suites provide that. Excellently appointed, nice staff but $20 for coffee, yogurt parfait and a breakfast sandwich,,,,,ridiculous.
