Hotel Keihan Tokyo Yotsuya

The staff was super helpful. We had forgotten a bag at our previous hotel and they provided the information on how much a parcel would cost and paid for it on delivery and had it waiting for us at the lobby that afternoon. The hotel room was spacious and clean and had all items needed to stay comfortably. It was also centrally located to many places. We enjoyed our stay here.

The service is incredible and very accomodating for english speakers.

The hotel is about a 6 minute walk from Yotsuya station which then connects to the Shinjuku or Tokyo stations so it's a great place to stay to be out of the city while still having easy access to the subway. The staff were always very kind and helpful, and we appreciated the complimentary water to refresh us after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was a nice way to experience a Japanese style breakfast and the staff were good about keeping the food well stocked. Check-in and out were simple and easy, and the staff always greeted us when we came in and wished us a good day when we left. Great hotel to stay in! Thanks for all your hard work!!

Second time staying at this hotel in Tokyo. The staff is so kind and very helpful. The hotel is located very good and close by to the metro. The rooms are everything you would want and need. I highly recommend!
