GLOW Sukhumvit 5 by Centropolis

Kind professional and respectful I appreciate the time I spent there

The hotel is in a good location central location and also there is a BTS station at top of the street. We stayed in room 509 which has a nice view into the city. The rooms were quite modern and very clean. The shower wasn’t great as the pressure and temperature kept dropping. The air con is very good. The staff were kind. The bed is the BEST it’s so soft and comfy

Friendly staff and great location!

I stayed here last year and loved the stay and decided to return again for this years trip. Last year was great and the staff and rooms were great. This year everything for the staff and rooms were excellent again. The downside though for this trip is that in the 14 months since my last trip a disco/pool hall has opened up in the building. I stayed a total of 8 nights and short of 2 nights, it was noisy all night long starting around 9;30pm until around 6;30-7ish in the morning. The front desk and manager are aware of it and the manager said she would call and tell them about it but the next night it would continue again. Another guest stopped me in the hallway and confirmed they heard it as well. You could hear and feel it as the music pulsed. Both of us went to the front desk and as we were standing at the desk she agreed she could hear it as well. At that time the manager arrived and said she would call them immediately. The problem with that is that it was already 7 in the morning and it had gone on for the whole night. The room and the staff and the amenities are fantastic. The noise and vibration from the disco/pool hall are not okay and for a room on the opposite side of the noise source is not good.
