In the check-in the person that gave us service did not know much English and was not patient when there was difficulty in communication.
In the checkout, the person that gave us service different one), did a mistake with the bill, a mistake that we found and pointed on, and seems not so professional with the luggage transfer service

A very tight for space hotel fairly overwhemed by guest numbers. Reception area was always crowded and busy and even if you could get help their limited english wasn't great. Just 2 tiny lifts serving well over 200 rooms. My room keycard annoyingly stopped working in one of them. Otherwise covenient.

Good location (20 min walk from the train station) the room’s are nice size as well. We tried the breakfast one morning, it was alright, naturally more of japanese style. So if your looking for western style breakfast, maybe find a coffee shop for less money. The lounge was a nice touch.

Perfectly "good" hotel. Clean, updated, standard japanese customer service. Check in was quick, bags forwarded without a problem. Location is perfect, lots of food options.
I opted to have the breakfast. Slightly steep on the price, but only like a couple bucks. You could do worse. Coffee was good. I recommend you go for the early coffee service.

Had a really lovely stay here. The hotel is very well presented and staff are all really professional. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Good location, walkable to some things and easy to get the bus as well. Room was as advertised, and clean. Would reccommend!

Nice hotel in great location. Good service plus the super free nibbles & drinks in their happy 2 hours. Very friendly. Room was a good size for Japan & managed, just, to find room for 2 open cases. Overall would recommend for 2 or 3 nights stays.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Beautiful big lounge downstairs with free events like happy hour every day and coffee, tea.
Our room was nice and spacious (we specifically looked for square footage during booking).
Only small negatives is that the carpet in our room was a bit dirty with stains and there is no separate garbage recycle bin.
Great location also.

This hotel had great food and drinks in the lobby, available several times per day. It was clean and spacious for Japan, and it has bathtubs in the rooms, as well as onsen for men and women. The staff members are accommodating. It is a short (~10 minutes) walk to Ōmichō market, and there is also a bus stop around the corner.

A very nice hotel with a lot of amenities. Clean and seems very new. Staff were incredible and attentive. The snacks and activities made the hotel stand out. Would highly recommend.

The Intergate Hotel was very good. Easy to catch the JR Bus nearby. The Castle and Kenrokuen Gardens are walking distance. Plenty of food options around. Staff very helpful. Rooms (we had a corner room) was great. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the happy hour glass of wine.

A great and modern hotel with beautifully designed rooms and a very welcoming and friendly staff. The location is within walking distance to all major sights in Kanazawa and also with a lot of good restaurants in the vicinity. The bed was maybe a tad to hard for my taste, but no big deal. I had 4 great nights here and the next time I visit Kanazawa I'll be sure to book this hotel again.

The staff was very friendly, and very courteous. I really liked their consumable offerings in the common area. One step above the other hotels I've stayed at. Also, I really enjoyed the onsen.

Great amenity and cozy environment. We have a great experience this time. The paid breakfast was good but didn’t have much choice of Japanese appetizers. We truly like the free snack and coffee offered during tea time. And they even served late night snacks (茶泡飯). Will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The architecture and furnishings are so contemporary, it's just nice to sit in the lounge and admire it all - with a glass of wine in hand from the free bar!

The staff are so helpful and friendly. They really made you feel welcomed. The idea of the lounge is unique and welcomed by all guests. Great idea that works. The room layout is also good. Room is good size, not like the rooms in most of Tokyo hotels.

close to sightseeing places but far away from JR station where you have to take almost 20mins walk. almost all day welcome drink, sometimes with snack provided.

Very well situated you can walk to most of the attractions in Kanazawa. Had free coffee and drinks at the lounge all day. Room was spacious and comfy. Unfortunately There was a stale smell in the bathroom though so that wasn’t too nice.
