I saw one employee only the day I checked in. I guess they are on reduced working hours due to Xmas season. The premises are excellent and well worth the money. I had to leave before schedule so I hope I'll get refunded. Anyway, the place is very well run, clean and comfortable

The rooms were comfortable and mine connected to a lovely terrace. However it was unusually warm during my stay and I felt uncomfortable sleeping with my terrace door open, I closed it and was quite hot in my room. I was able to street park easily and the hostel is very well located for walking around town and to the lakefront.

This property is great for a stay if you are visiting the university. There are 2 supermarkets near by and you have access to the kitchen and dining room.

Overall a very good standard as you’d expect from a Swedish hostel. A fair uphill walk from the train station, not far from a couple of supermarkets.
Nice lounges and dining room.
A washing machine and dryer available to use for a fair fee.
We stayed in both a bunk bed double and a family room and the latter is far superior for not that big price difference.
