This hotel was awesome. Very clean, the workers were amazing, & super helpful. The location is very close to Plaza de Armas, many restaurants and places to reserve tours. We got picked up from the airport by the hotel driver with no problem, and the took us back as well. They were very organized. Overall, a great experience!!

my recent stay at your hotel in Cajamarca. This was our first time visiting this beautiful city, and our time at your establishment truly enhanced our trip.
From the very beginning, your team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring that a room was available upon our arrival. This thoughtful attention to detail made a significant difference, allowing us to settle in comfortably without any delay or inconvenience. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warmth and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere that made our visit all the more enjoyable. We felt genuinely cared for, and it was clear that hospitality is a priority for your entire team.
For me, this experience was certainly one of the finest examples of hospitality I have encountered. It left a lasting impression, and I am grateful for the effort and dedication demonstrated by your staff. I will not hesitate to recommend your hotel to friends and family, and I look forward to returning on future visits to Cajamarca.
