Clean room.
Sofa bed is soggy.
There is a loft for sleeping but not probably good for seniors because it is high and steep to climb.
Staffs are very helpful. A++
Location is convenient to Hakata Station.

Extremely clean, comfortable, and well located, but the sleeping situation was awkward and there were too few outlets for charging devices.

The property was recommended on social media. Very comfortable and home-like. The place is on a quiet side street near to many convenience stores and walking distance to Hakata Station and paid parking.
They could improve their internet speed as our unit connection was very slow. Not good for streaming videos. As well some of the filters and fans in the bathroom need a little more attention, but that is a small detail.
Overall though we would comeback again.
