The property was nice. The only downer is the view which now faces a hardware store. The breakfast is excellent.

We had such a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the breakfast, so many options even for vegetarian people like us. Very clean. Christmas celebration was lovely in the restaurant. The pool is great .. big Buddha view from our hotel window. Thank you Ramada for the present stay!

What i liked the most was the high quality and very friendly service. The lobby, restaurant and the room was also very nice.

Stayed to attend friend's wedding - the facilities itself isn't too bad, but not to the level of five star luxury hotel. I thinkI would rather stay at a different hotel next time I visit Phuket.

Breakfast coffee was the worst kind imaginable for a 5 star hotel. It was brewed black coffee w/o other potions available. Buffet spread had very little to offer.

Excellent staff, lovely and clean hotel. Cheap to stay at off season and always got an upgrade (paid) but the rooms are of good standard and I do recommend upgrading as the standard room is a bit small for my liking.

My room smelt like something died in it was so upset ruined my holiday meant to be 5 star !!!! They did nothing to fix the situation nor move to another rooms as well WHATEVER YOU DO DONT STAY ON FLOOR 6 there are weddings on level 7 and they stay awake all night partying this meaning I was awake past midnight every night with pounding loud music what a nightmare!!!! Room smell ruined my whole holiday in Thailand !!!!

There was no soundproofing in the room at all, our neighbour was having a party at 1am in the morning and I could hear every song and their conversation in Indian!!! I could hear every door closing around me, I made a complaint with the staff and asked them to help. Yet the neighbour kept up until the wee hours. I couldn't sleep for the whole night. In addition, the staff at the hotel were not friendly and they seemed short-staffed.
