We did a tour of the castle. Our tour guide was excellent. He gave us so much history about the castle. The castle and the grounds are so manicured. The beauty of it all takes your breath away. We had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful, the bedding was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. We have been to Garden of the Gods many times and never knew there was a castle at the Navigators. I wish you had a billboard or some advertising along Garden of the Gods Parkway. We would have visited sooner if we had known about it earlier. Loved our stay!

It is lovely to stay within the Garden of the Gods and the Center is set up to maximize the experience of serenity.
The included breakfast was tasty and substantial. Every staff member went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful.
It is worth noting that the space is alcohol/smoke free and no TVs so meant to support quiet reflection.

Property it’s so wonderful and history behind the property very cool! We stayed in the Big Horne Lodge and rooms were fine, clean, new, comfortable but simple which I like! If you look for something more in style try to book a room inside the castle! Breakfast it’s included and very, very good! Everyone was kind and welcoming and it’s very reasonably priced although we stayed in there in April but if you’re looking for a great place to stay around the Garden of the Gods this is it!

Price was good but the walls were paper thing. Tried to have a phone conversation at 1030 at night. Someone was pounding on my door like a psycho. Every step you could hear because the walls are so thin.

This place is magical! Everything that i expected and much more. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were so welcoming & kind. Not a place to hang out, to be loud or partying. A place to relax, enjoy nature, rest, recharge, love and worship. The views were stunning.

The grounds are beautiful and such convenient access to amazing trails! This was a very restful and quiet getaway. The one negative we have is the free breakfast - nothing good about it except for the melon and plain yogurt. The hot buffet and coffee would only get a one-star.

We managed to hit this at the right time and got a great price with breakfast included. And the breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely stay here if we can the next time we are in Colorado Springs. The setting is beautiful, room was comfortable (could have used better seating in the room), people are super friendly and helpful, and I just can’t say enough nice things about it all. They even have about 50 games to choose from to take back to your room to play (since there is no tv available). Wi-Fi was plenty reliable. If I had to complain it would only be about other guests getting confused about which lodge they are staying in. We had a couple people come to our room and one was insistent they were in the right place (they were not). That’s not a reflection of Glen Eyrie, though. They even have a security entrance that keeps out the riffraff. Loved this place!!

Our stay was great. We had a room for three adults at the Big Horn Lodge. It’s updated, clean and very comfortable beds. It’s not luxurious, but has everything you need. We were very impressed with the friendliness of their staff. I would recommend the lodge for families and the castle rooms for couples. I would definitely go back. Keep in mind there is no alcohol, pool or TVs.

The property was beautiful and the employees were top notch. My only dislike was the rooms.not having tvs in them. I like background noise and having no tv made me feel like i had to whisper amd tip toe while in the room. I wasnt conformable for that reason

Staff is very friendly. Has complimentary breakfast. Lots of fun trails to take on property that are not a part of the actual park. Run mainly by volunteers who are very informative. Quiet and secluded. A bunch of wildlife.

The stay was so nice and quiet until 9:15pm when we got a next door neighbors with a screaming kid that never shut up. And there when all our peace and quiet . Other than that our stay was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and nice. Breakfast was very good.

The grounds and setting are fabulous! It’s like staying at the Garden of the Gods. There are deer, turkeys and big horn sheep wandering around. There are trails for hiking.
You have a choice of quaint and unique rooms in the castle or more traditional hotel style rooms in the lodges. The lodges have a shared kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Ours had a deck with a gas fire pit. No TVs in the rooms but good wifi. With hiking trails and views, frankly who needs a TV anyway!
Breakfast is excellent and is labeled for gluten free.

Not a typical hotel, this is a retreat center located in some very stunning scenery. Deer, bighorn sheep and other wildlife roam the campus. The center’s facilities are beautiful. The various lodges around the campus are basic, but clean and comfortable. If you’re not already familiar with the area, do a search for “Garden of the Gods”. While not part of that park, similar rock formations exist on the grounds. Beautiful and peaceful, but easy to get to dining options. I enjoyed my short stay!

Eden at front desk was very nice. When walking the castle we were treated like we didn’t belong there because we were staying in the other lodge near by.
Property should consider TVs for families in the lodging area rooms as an option.
