Perfect location. Amazing beach. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had with plenty local dishes. Would definitely come back 💚

The place is beautiful but we encountered a few problems
1- the day we arrived we asked if we can change room because ours was dirty and the person at reception (a tall white guy with a beard) said, in not a very good manner, that they were full BUT that same night we went to complain again at the reception because our room was very dirty (corners with dirt, hair strands on our bed and floor, the behind of our bed was so disgusting, all filthy that seems nobody cleaned there for ages ( I have pictures and video) . There were spider webs everywhere, mostly in the light fixtures) well, the Dominican guy at night was very nice and he offered us different rooms for change (and the person in the afternoon told us they were full!!!)
2- the last night there was one waiter that treated us with very bad mood since the begging and when we asked to split the bill in two he says that there is prohibited to do so and that was a lie because all the other waiters did it for us the previous days without complaint and this guy was very rough and it created a very bad situation and everyone looking at us.
3- the beach lounge chairs and places to sit are not only for the resort costumers and is hard to get one because they allow people from outside to use them.
