Had a wedding going on downstairs and it shook the entire building until about 1am. Do not stay here if you value sleep

Loud music after midnight. Should emphasize people noise policy. Surprised front desk didn't offer anything make up the bad experience, not even paying for parking at least. Been here before and expected better customer experience when i checked out to show their true concern and professionalism to take some action of some kind.

I took my daughter away for her birthday. We both loved the hotel, the pool and all of the staff were polite, helpful and amazing!! I highly recommend the breakfast they have in the restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious!! It is conveniently located about 9 miles from NYC and the ferry directly across the street is also convenient. We took Ubers into the city. If we are ever over that way again this is most definitely be where we stay.

We will be back!!! Lobby and lounge view was absolutely unmatched. Unbelievable! Perfect spot to stay to take a quick ferry ride to midtown. We stayed there first night, parked and kept our car there for 2 nights while we went into the city. $22 a night public garage. Beds were super comfy and rooms clean. Perfect stay!

Receptionist, when I checked in was not very helpful and not informative. He was quiet, and I felt that I was an asking him a favor to check me in.

The bar was okay, the bartenders were professional but the roof top bar service was quirky. Found a roach in the bed which I corralled into plastic water bottle, mentioned it to housekeeping on the way to front desk. No apologies and manager was unavailable. I spent over $200 for dinner and drinks and not one bit of apology from management for refund or redress. Terrible management

It was missing some basic conveniences - bathroom and water in the room but the restaurant was amazing and the service all around was fantastic and the room was gorgeous

After my stay. They charged me over a hundred dollars for my service dog. They charge me because housekeeping said they saw my dog. They already knew I had my service dog. So, the front desk agents aren’t talking to each or this is how they get more money out of guest. As a retired veteran with PTSD, will never stay there again and will let other vets know what happened.

Everyone was amazing one of the best customers services experience I had. I booked this hotel for the view and also it’s was 5 mins away from the restaurant I booked for my husband 40th. But the services us want sold me this is the reason why I would be returning. Thank you everyone who made this experience wonderful.

Shame to see soo much potential just wasted — fire alarm goes off daily and No one knows what’s going on. It’s operated like a motel with staff running away to avoid helping patrons. Its hard to fathom it’s actually a marriot group owned property that is being managed like this. The entire restaurant staff are under the influence and just want to enjoy the buzz and no bothered with your order. This property is on life-support and needs a new mngt all new staff before it is too late.

Very convenient location, fantastic view. Front desk guy basically yelled at us to have id and credit card ready by the time we get to him - there was one couple before us and nobody behind. Can’t understand why he had to yell. This is our second stay and both times the fire alarm went off at 3 am. Schlep downstairs, wait for fire trucks and go back in an hour later. Ridiculous.
