Excellent staff and service!
Comfort is 100% with spacious rooms,
Updated/modern bathrooms, super soft beds with lots of pillows!!
And the hot breakfast every morning is wonderful!

We have now stayed at this hotel multiple times and we're never disappointed. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff are very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is good if not lacking a little imagination (i.e. we had the same choices two days in a row but its not really a big deal!).The location is very convenient - very close to Colorado Mills and its also easy to access most of the main highways (I-70, I-25 and 6th Avenue).

We got in late and had to leave early. Hotel was very nice but the woman who was working the front desk was amazing. I wish I would have gotten her name but it was the night of 2/2. She was so sweet and friendly. She even made us little bags of food because we had to leave before breakfast that morning.

The front desk person who works at night was super friendly. He gave us food recommendations as well as a couple free drink tickets to a restaurant nearby. The room was spacious and very clean. The grounds were also well kept. The neighborhood was great with lots of food options and shopping right next door. The mall is across the parking lot from the hotel. Lots of stuff within walking distance

Staff not at desk, they stay behind the wall and you have to get their attention before them come out and serve you. Walls paper thin. Food stale and boring, no variety for hot breakfast. Over priced for the service.

What a wonderful hotel!! The room is wonderful and so very clean!! The beds and pillows are comfortable and the linens are just right!! We have become hotel “snobs” and have expectations and this hotel hit the mark.
We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

My family was in town to see a concert at Red Rocks. We LOVED this SpringHill Suites! NICK,NICK, NICK! It started with the best front desk man Nick who had the best personality and intentions for our stay. Anytime you'd see him he asked about our stay The entire staff was pleasant and helpful, and the room, was spacious and clean. SAFE. Great location, delicious breakfast with numerous options. The pool and gym were also superb. Next year when we return we will definitely stay at this SpringHill Suites.

This hotel was extremely clean, which is what I look for mostly when looking for a hotel. They kept up on clean towels and also made my 5 year old’s bed and set up his stuffed animals on it, so it was a very nice gesture, and he was very happy when we came back to the room that night and his bed was all made up for him.
Only 1 small complaint- the pool was closed for maintenance the time we tried to go to it so were kind of bummed about that but that had it re-opened the very next day.
All in all, very happy with our stay and will definitely look for this hotel chain for our next vacation.

Overall great stay. Very nice property. Room was very clean, staff was very friendly, complimentary breakfast was great, and location was very convenient for us for some excursions while visiting the Denver area. Would definitely stay there again.
