Hotel was built in 2019 so it is up-to-date and modern. Was extremely clean, must have room key to access upper floors so it felt very secure, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. It was not really walkable to Truist Park but Uber was a quick ride! Loved this hotel and the surrounding community was beautiful!

I stayed in two rooms & neither one of them had streaming services. When I called about it, I was told that some of the rooms had issues, but they called some company to fix it. I was told that they would come to my room to fix it in the morning. I don’t like people coming in my room when I’m not there, so I waited for them. No one came. I went downstairs & they told me that maintenance gets there at 5pm & they would take a look at it. Keep in mind, a third party company & maintenance on site is two different things. So, at that point two things were communicated. I came back very late that night, so I went downstairs in the morning & asked them if the company came to fix the streaming issues, then I got a completely different response. They finally just admitted that most of the rooms do not have streaming services & it’s pretty much always been that way & it wasn’t going to be fixed. They need to fix this issue for all rooms.

I was bit by ants the first night. This property had microwaves in the rooms. That was convenient. I would stay here again, but I had a lot of issues with staff, the televisions, & ants. The ants got in the bed so I slept on the hard couch for a night. When I got back to the room, ants were all over the place. They managed to get in closed bags. I was compensated but my issues didn’t end there. They finally moved me which required me to move all my things on the micro cart AGAIN. When I needed help to move at checkout, they claimed that I couldn’t get help from the same person because their boss said that he couldn’t tip me because I “didn’t tip him” but I gave him $15. That was a mess. After being there for two days & advising the staff that I had a service dog when I checked in, a rude employee harassed me about my service animal & attempted to talk to me like I was a child. She asked me where my permit for my animal was. My dog had her service dog gear on with a reflector that shows that. After being bit by ants, traveling, not getting any rest from the night prior, & moving from room to room because of their ant problem, I just wanted to go to sleep. When I told her that I already cleared everything, she asked me why I need her, what’s wrong with me, etc. which is illegal. She literally harassed me & followed me. They can definitely do a little better with training. I understand that it’s not a 5 star hotel, but there were a-lot of issues with communication.

Loved It

Hotel was decent. Staff was nice. They always said hello and have a nuce day as we came and went. Room was clean and quiet for the most part (fire alarm went off a couple of times). There was ample parking. Eating places were nearby. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The staff seemed to be very confused as to whether they offered complimentary coffee in the lobby or you could only purchase it from the cafe. It was nearly impossible to order breakfast from the cafe as there was only one person working who took and cooked the order. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The staff are amazing day

The room especially the bathroom was cold and I was not given a free breakfast. In addition, for two days I was charged a different rate.

Everyone was friendly and the room was very clean and smelled good.

I was truly pleased with this hotel. Looking forward to staying here again.

After shower, you will find that the floor outside shower area were wet. Others are Good

Front desk staff was great, especially Rashad. Problems with heating, TV, shower, housekeeping. Reported all several times, nothing changed. Was charged for an item i didn’t buy. Was promised a credit i didnt get.

Excellent. Clean property & hotel. Friendly staff.

Overall, a clean facility. The floors in our room had red stains. My OCD would not let me get too comfortable as the stains were at our bedside. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

staff on their phones, rooms didn't become available until around 430, worst experience, what a shame!

1st room had a broken shower so we had to change a room right before we were going to rest. We wish we checked all right after checked in/before we left for a dinner. The room was very clean and nice, so I thought all were fine. 2nd room they assign was not clean like the first room. so I requested to change the room, 3rd room was good.

I love the location, cleanliness, accessibility to shops and dining. The property's gym is excellent. It has everything you would need for an effective workout and it is very clean.

Loved the some what seclusion it offered and clean rooms and look. Staff was not very friendly but in these times thats expected and hard to find staff.

I was pleased with the condition of the hotel and the room; service was excellent.

Tried to check in and the front desk guy tried to change us to a room without a balcony even though we paid for a room with a balcony. Then he said members were in the room we had booked and they could not tell us when they would be checking out. Big problem. No way you can let anyone check out later than check in begins. He originally told us there was no difference in price between balcony and no balcony. We told him there was he didn't agree then we proved there was on the website and finally we took a non balcony room and got a refund for extra we had paid. No manager was on duty in hotel or main Marriott number. Clean hotel but didn't receive great customer service

The staff is fantastic at the hotel. The photo indicated a balcony. There are no balconies at this location. Reached out to Marriott and no response. Super disappointing.
