SpringHill Suites by Marriott Loveland Fort Collins/Windsor

This hotel had the perfect location, being able to quickly get to Windsor, Loveland and Ft Collins. There is a wide variety of restaurants, night life and things to do in the immediate area. We appreciated that this hotel is pet friendly. We loved our suite! They thought of all the little details that elevated the overall experience; special lighting in the work area and side bed tables, phone charging available on both sides of bed. automated night light in restroom, high end body care etc. Our room had a fridge, microwave, and Kurig/bar. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. The price was competitive. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

👌

My air conditioning unit was very noisy all night long (it was very hot during my stay, so the unit ran almost continuously). When I arrived, my A/C was turned off, which I figured was because of how it had a knocking noise that kept me awake the first night. I reported it to maintenance, but they called me while I was working and told me the maintenance staff called in sick, so I'd need to move to a different room. Thankfully, the room was only two rooms down the hall, so it wasn't too inconvenient to move all my belongings for my second night. That unit was quieter, so I was able to sleep better. I woke up the second morning and felt what I thought was a bug under my covers near my feet. When I turned the light on and looked, it was a big wad of dark hair under my covers near my feet, which was gross (I'm blonde, so it wasn't my hair). I didn't report it, but not sure I'll stay again since this was the second issue during my two night stay.

New, clean hotel. Great water pressure in shower!
