Hotel is very comfortable and clean. Location is useful because there is two minutes away from Kanazawa station. I will recommend this hotel all who will be stay at Kanazawa.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location near the station - it was very easy to find!

We booked last minute (within an hour of check-in) because of a typhoon that cancelled all of the trains. The room was ready for us right at check-in. This location is very convenient because it’s so close to the station, so no need to stress about leaving time to catch a train. The room itself was gorgeous and a great value for the price.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room I booked also has a washing machine in it which was super helpful after a long trip 😍 would definitely stay again. Close to Kanazawa station too, within walking distance. The public Onsen was clean and super nice.

Everything’s great, from location, rooms, cleanliness, comfort, service etc. Apart from the usual amenities, adaptors and a 2pc sleepwear were also provided. Breakfast was great too with both Japanese and western choices. The public bath was excellent. We throughly enjoyed the stay. Will certainly stay again when we revisit Kanazawa.

The buffet is excellent. Room is clean. The deco is fashionable. Staff are helpful and cheerful.

Enjoyed my stay there, except for the stingy receptionist who doesn’t want to give me an extra bottle of water when l check out. Good thing another kind lady gave it to me.

I really like the concept and cleaness to the hotel. Also, it is so convenient to get to the hotel from the main station.

Since the hotel opened not too long ago, everything was new & clean. Decor was also beautiful. The twin room was relatively spacious (considering it's Japan) & there was adequate space to put 2 suitcases plus hand luggage comfortably. There was also a small table with 2 chairs if you wish to eat/drink in the room (instead of having to sit on the bed like in many other hotels in Japan). The set-up with separate toilet, sink and shower was useful for 2 people to get ready at the same time in the morning. Nespresso machine in the room was a bonus. Only thing we found inefficient was that after checking in at reception, we then had to use the self-service machine to issue the 2nd key card. (Why not just issue both cards at check-in?) There was a slight glitch where the machine didn't work the first time, but was quickly resolved. This is just a minor incident which has not impacted our rating of this hotel. Hotel is just a few minutes walk from Kanazawa station with part of the way under cover. Convenience store & many restaurant options in the station area. Also close to car rental companies. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed in Japan.

The hotel plays canned music in all the corridors loud enough to be heard in the room. It plays even late at night. At 1am I had to use earplugs to try and get some sleep. It was sti pjaying at 8am when i woke up. Staff were unhelpful and disinterested.
