We absolutely had an amazing stay. The staff are all spectacular!! The hotel was clean, comfortable and just as we would have wanted. Best stay in Houston yet

Upon arrival front desk clerk Meybelin greeted me with a smile. She was very friendly and attentive. Me and my daughters loved our large and roomy room with a small kitchenette. The breakfast was okay but no breakfast meat like bacon or sausage. Will stay again.

Great clean room, super friendly staff! Comfortable accommodations, was a last minute stay for us, was in town to purchase a vehicle and we were too exhausted to drive home. Made reservations online within minutes we had arrived and the staff was really friendly and welcoming.

Clean, efficient and well designed room for two at a great price. A kitchen sink, dishwasher, full micro wave and full refrigerator. My only small issue was with the breakfast, mostly Continental with a Belgian Waffle machine. No proteins offered. I'm sure the kids love the waffles.

This was our second time staying at this facility and there won’t be a third. Upon pulling up to the front of the property there was a whole bag of dog food spilled all over the place so my family and I were stepping on it as we tried to carry our luggage to the entrance. Next, our room didn’t smell clean because it wasn’t disinfected nor cleaned. There was animal hair along with human hair on the bed sheets and the sofa. There was hair in the shower. The coffee table was stained with food or beverage. And there was an empty ice cream container left in the refrigerator. When I approached the front desk personnel they offered to switch us to a different room however, the other rooms had a nasty odor. This was an absolute nightmare and I will not be returning.

Wonderful stay at home2 for a gathering of friends. Suite was big enough for people to come by and did not feel cramped. The suite is large and love how all utensils and amenities were available for use. The decoration at this location was modern and very new, more stylish then the Stafford location. Service at the front desk was wonderful and very much appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was also great!

The staff was nice. People above and next to our room were very loud. It didn’t get quiet until around 2 AM in the morning. The breakfast buffet is average. It is located, conveniently by the interstate.

I had a pleasant stay at Hilton. Modest room with a full kitchen. TV had Netflix, Tubi, and local channels. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding with many dietary options to choose from.

We had a quick overnight stay while visiting family in the area. The place was very nice and clean. Rohit at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was great. Definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

This is one of our favorite places to stay while visiting the Greater Houston Area with family. We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is very clean, has great amenities like a full kitchen which is very useful when you have young kids. Even the free continental breakfast has a plethora of choices to satisfy you palate. There is easy access to plenty of restaurants nearby too. Overall a great hotel to stay at.

One night stay for a nearby family event. Lobby area and room were nice. Staff friendly. Bedding on one of the beds should've been trashed. The second layer duvet was burned in several places with obvious holes. Dryer settings may be too high. Sofa on room had a almost faint smell of urine. Not my first time staying here so was a little disappointed but for the price, location, amenities and overall cleanliness it was great.

I booked a two queen plus hide a bed room for our two adults and two children. They overbooked the hotel and gave our room away and when we got there offered us a one king bed room. I had two children with us that didn't get a bed... The night check in assured me the manager would be helpful in making it right in the morning, but she said it was not her problem.

The hotel property is well situated, making access to restaurants and shopping really convenient. The property itself is well maintained; suites are spacious. The heck in/out process was quite efficient. I love staying at at HomeSuites.

I like that it was quiet and safe. I didn’t like that I was given the option to check in on the app and pick a room. I chose a room on the 5th floor so that I don’t hear any footsteps or floor squeaks. When we arrived we were told that we would be in a different room on the 3rd floor. Well I heard noise from 4th floor and it makes me wonder why my room was switched. Did someone else complain and got moved before we arrived? Our purpose for the trip was to move my son to the area from Lafayette, LA. It was a long hot day so the first thing we wanted was a shower. My wife goes first and when she was done tells me that there was no shower gel. I check it before I get in and sure enough it was completely empty. Now this is unacceptable. I go to front desk and let him know and all he has to offer is a small bar of soap. You must have the gel and shampoo refilled every time that the room is serviced. What else should I be concerned about is my thought.

The hotel was location was convenient for us but I would not stay there again. Our room was dirty to the extent that I didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off. We walked in and noticed M&Ms and other food on the floor. You can tell things had not been wiped down in a LONG time, which just makes you question the cleanliness of the entire place.

We arrived after midnight due to bad weather and traffic delays and the front desk clerk was friendly and got us checked in quickly so we could get up to our room and rest. They put us in a corner room as we have an infant and we found this very nice and private (also so his crying wouldn't disturb too many other guests). The daily breakfast was nice and the ladies in breakfast area were extremely friendly and helpful. The staff overall were accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had and get us what we needed. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and were impressed by the size of the room in general. Enjoyed the overall spaciousness, the separate sitting area with sofa bed and kitchenette was really an added bonus. The only negative thing I have to say is that our request for a crib in our room could not be granted - glad we brought the pack and play as a backup! Other than that, it was quiet, clean and close to everything - right off the highway. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a larger than average room with the extra amenities that a suite offers.
