We stayed one night for IU's graduation. We wish the price was lower, but we know why hotels jack it up on weekends like this. We do wish our rooms had been next to each other and that the bathroom's were a bit cleaner (hair on toilet and in shower). But the staff was fantastic and, given that this was a busy weekend, the place was quiet (a first for a Bloomington stop for us). If we still had a kid at IU, we'd be back.

Hotel room was adequate. Not bad but not particularly nice. It was clean. Housekeeping was good. Front desk people were very friendly. The breakfast was pretty much inedible. Cold undercooked hash browns, cold sausage type patties (tasted like veggie patties) and eggs that seemed like they were from a box.

Our favorite spot to stay in Bloomington. We’ve tried them all (it seems). This is thr best value.

The room we were given on the first floor had a lampshade that was cracked and dented. In the bathroom, the sink was clogged and no matter what we tried to do the water would not go down.

Hotel was wonderful other than the noise from the room above us, it started at 430 in the morning and sounded like someone was running back forth like a truck all night long. Talked to front desk and they let them know about the noise.

It’s an amazing stay! Wonderful staffs for helping to checking in and check out. Very clean and quiet place to stay.

This seems like a pretty new facility. Everything about the building, the staff, and the breakfast was great. Our view of the electrical sub-station in back would be the only complaint, but we weren't there to look out the window.

Small pool (capacity 5). Thats the only thing i could even think of complaining about. Service, friendliness, and cleanliness, even the free breakfast were above expectations!

It was lovely

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Room was a good size and amenities and fixtures were in good condition. Hot breakfast was good. Only main complaint is that the walls are not very soundproof. We could hear a child crying/screaming through the night as well as talking and bumping on walks. Walls just seemed thin.

The staff were always friendly and greeted you with a smile.

The staff was very helpful. I stayed there, with 2 grandchildren, specifically to use the pool. We wanted to swim before checkout, but the pool was not ready 10AM. They got it functioning about 10: 30 and let use check out late so we could go swimming. Everyone was very helpful. The hotel was clean and very convenient.

I had a great stay here for a Mother's Weekend. The location is about 10 min from the campus but away from all noise of campus. There are some decent restaurants and shopping within walking distance which is nice. New and clean hotel but very uncomfortable pillows.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was sparkling clean.

Super clean. We reminded front desk about our late check out 2 times but they came up and banged on our door and basically gave us 20 minutes to grab our stuff.

They put me in a room that the air conditioning did not work. I was miserable all night! I told the manager, who was the person who checked me in, this morning and she blamed it on a new worker so I came down to the front and told her that she checked me in! She apologized and told me she would give me 25 percent off the next stay! I will not stay there again!

Was very pleased with our stay. Staff was very personable and professional. Wasn’t too far from our destination. Room was very nice. Loved everything about our stay!

For the price I paid, I felt I really could’ve done much better. I won’t be returning. The staff was helpful, but I was unimpressed. The couch in my room was stained, dressers scratched and gouged, the lamp shade was so beat up that when it turned on, the crinkles were illuminated and it looked like a child attacked it with a pen. The clock was off by hours, there were crumbs in all my drawers, passive aggressive anti-theft signage, and a gap under the door so big that i somehow accidentally slipped a rolled hand towel through it by accident trying to block the light and sound. None of this is anything that can be remedied by calling the front desk, so I was content to take it to my grave. BUT THEN, at 9:45, after breakfast (eggs so overcooked they were grey in spots, biscuits so hard it broke the prong off my plastic fork, no joke) I couldn’t get into my room. I called and they told me to come to the front desk. I wasn’t the only one; I informed another gentleman struggling with his door that he should probably follow me. They asked for my room number and re-coded my key. It didn’t work a second time. I came back down and got a new key and received an escort upstairs in case that didn’t work (good thinking, why didn’t we do that the first time). So much for my half hour nap after breakfast as planned. Other hotels are cheaper and nicer. Aaron and the female staff member who assisted me probably both need a raise, but I’d rather see them at an better hotel. DONT STAY HERE

I liked everything about this property from the time I checked-in and the time I checked out. Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Very close to IU Bloomington, approximately 2 miles drive. I would definitely stay in the future.

The hotel is close to everything which was nice. The staff was friendly. Pool was on the smaller side but clean and warm. The breakfast was hot and had nice options. The room was spacious however the cleaning needed some work. Found trash near the bed and hair on the bath mat and beds. The toilet wobbled when you sat on it and the shower needed the handles fixed. There was also what looked like rust stains in the corner of the shower. All in all, we would probably stay again.
