The property is unique with its decor and arrangement. It is well situated and easily accessible. Property was clean. TV a bit small. Staff helpful with some issues with air conditioning and access code.

The stay was great, everyday the place is cleaned. And the location of the guest is close to the Mariano's grocery store.

Beautiful place! Very clean, quiet and close to downtown Chicago. Definitely will stay again on our future trips to Chicago.

I stayed here after a stressful experience at the airport where my flight was missed. Every other hotel in the area was booked. I had terrible experience on the phone with other hotels so when I arrived here I was incredibly stressed. The staff was so kind so thoughtful so accommodating. And then to arrive in a room that was so clean with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, I felt like I was in a five star hotel.
