The property manager was very kind and very professional

I mean....its pretty much what you expect for the cheaper price. There was blood on the wall and also ended up with an allergy infection bc they are pet friendly and didnt clean well. Also smelled horrible like smoke in the non smoking room so we reported it right away so we wouldnt be blamed.But if youre looking for a cheaper choice this is it.

I liked that it was clean and in the middle of town but i didnt like when it said breakfast was included it was just cerial and cinnamon buns

I was not at all pleased when I arrived and was notified that I owed a cash deposit. They said they emailed me, but I never received an email. I did not have cash on me. I had my debit card and credit card I had to argue with them to take either my debit or credit card, which is typical of hotels to do for your deposit, I also had to argue to be able to pay the deposit for the second room. I reserved for my son. They said he had to pay the deposit, even though the room was charged to an under my credit card.

Where do I start? We got into our room, all was well. AC was off, which was ok but we turned it on, it started up and didn’t cool the room off whatsoever. After 3-4 hours we asked to be moved as it was hot. They moved our rooms. The next morning the manager pretty much called me a liar and told me the AC was fine.
Another thing, they give you one pillow, they do not give you any more, so don’t ask.
At check out, the “manager”threatened to keep my $50 incidental deposit because we used two rooms.
The hotel and room itself wasn’t horrible. The rooms look up to date but needed some work.

I stayed one night but did not feel comfortable. The bed was old, springy and a hair was on the bottom sheet. I used my personal sleeping bag on the mattress. Poor light in the bathroom. No amenities. The “breakfast” was totally inadequate. I was booked for three nights but left after the first. Went to another motel chain. No refund. In fact the management argued with me about my opinion of the quality and didn’t offer any amount of refund. They did give me another room when I saw and complained about the first room they had me in

The mirror in the vanity was broken. One of the paintings had a broken glass for the frame. The restroom was disgusting with stains in the tub, on the toilet seat, and on the floor and walls. My daughter refused to use the restroom all night. There were dents in the freezer door and nicks in the wall as if furniture had been pushed too hard against it or possibly someone had punched the walls.

I will never stay in this hotel again, they have bugs all over the floors, when we left for the day, the cleaning staff didn't make one of the 2 beds, didn't clean the tub or the sink. The "breakfast" consisted of old, stale pastries, coffeepot in the room didn't work and the coffee in the office/breakfast room was so weak I couldn't drink it! I had to go next door to McDonald's for coffee!!

Mold on the mirror and in the shower. Toilet had pee on it. Tv was broken. Keycard takes 30 seconds to open the door. Awful place to spend the night. I didn't even stay for the second night we reserved. Losing the money was worth it

This hotel does not look as nice as the photos. The hotel is run down, dirty, the water was brown and the bathtub and walls had stains. You only get 3 thin towels and when we asked for more towels the guy at the counter questioned why we needed more towels because he obviously didn’t want to provide more towels. I should have know this was going to be the experience because as I was checking in another individual was on the phone arguing with the booking company trying to get a refund because the photos were false advertisements.

It'll do if all you're looking for is a place to sleep. It has a dated dingy appearance. I made a reservation a week in advance wirh a note that i needed bottom floor for mobility issues. They tried to give me a room on the second floor. I pointed out that I requested a 2st gloor room the employee on duty said the only eoom not occupied on the first floor was out of commission due to there being no toilet paper holder. I said thats fine i don't care about that..... well the room i got, that was the least of the problems lol. Only half the lights worked, the phone and tv didn't work. The outlets on one side didn't work. The shower had peeling paint and mold. The bed soreads bith had cigarette burns. One bed had a blanket for warmth the other did not. Weird stains on the furniture and walls. Definitely not worth what i paid for two nights.

I booked a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived, we had 3 adults and 2 children. I was told a check in that I needed to pay an extra $30 for the additional adult. OK, no problem. When we got to the room, there were only 2 towels. I asked for additional towels since I paid for an extra adult and 2 children. I was only given 2 towels. In the room, there were only 4 pillows. We asked for 1 additional pillow and was told no because there were no extra pillows. So what did my $30 pay for?

Absolute disgusting. Refused to do anything or give us a refund. Didn’t even stay and they refused to refund us anything at all. Room was horrendous! Had a live roach crawl out of the fridge, a hygiene sticker stuck on the back of the door, floors were black with dirt, sheets weren’t even cleaned, beds had been slept in and stained. Tub was disgusting, yellow stains on the floor and mold on the shower head. Towels had pubic hair on them. Highly do not recommend.

The pool and patio area were nice and clean. Rooms were totally outdated and smelled of old stale cigarette and tub was stained and looked gross too. Pillows and bed were super hard and cover where thin. TV remote had no batteries.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Our room was gross, ac barely worked, we had to buy a fan it was so hot. The night manager was rude charging our friends who also stayed there in a different room$ 20 bucks for extra towels. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY P NE!!!

There was gum under the bedside table, the bedsheets had other people’s hair in it, the bathroom had a dirty plunger on the tile, the tables had random dried food all over it and the bedsheets had burn marks in them. Literal holes burned through blankets. The AC had parts missing off it so we couldn’t angle the air flow at all. The walls had mystery gunk all over it too. I can keep going but I’d rather not. I am very certain I won’t ever stay at one of these again.

Very nice budget motel. We were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the room and property. You get a lot of room for $83. The staff was efficient and courteous.

When we first arrived their was a family living in the room next door. Door was open and the room looked trashed.
Once we got into the room hoping for a nice shower after our long trip we where highly disapointed to see the bathroom.
We left immediately and found a better room in the next city.

Turi in the front office was super helpful. I had to change rooms and this was also easily taken care of. This is a great place to stay in Tomball if you're looking. close to stores and coffee for the morning.

The tub looked dirty , the towels were dirty . One looked like had dirty foot prints on, and rest didnt look white we were hesitant to use . And bed was hard , matress just on top of a sheet of plywood and frame made out ofwood .

Rooms are surdace level clean, but there was what looked like lipstick on one of the lightswitches. Missing electical outlet covers, cigarette burns on the blankets, hand towl rack in pieces on the counter, nowhere to hang up clothes and no iron/ironing board. AC worked well and the bed was comfortable though.

Not like the pictures. Unsafe with people making very large sounds all night banging around. Inside of the room was nasty. Tub:shower is gross. Beds are like sleeping on a peace of card board. The door looks are hard to utilize the key card to get in.
