we spent the evening to visit our granddaughter and found the hotel to be very noisy. we could hear road noise from the road outside our window as well as noise from several TVs on the hallway. every time someone exited a room we heard a loud door slam. we won’t be staying here again

The hotel is conveniently located off of 526, with easy access to Mt. Pleasant Town Center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great and the hotel was very clean. I'll definitely stay here again.

I slept really good at this hotel. It was very clean and had a good breakfast.

The hotel is very nice and the location was ideal for us. Everything is very minimalistic (no closet, drawers, etc.), but it worked fine. Breakfast was included, which was nice.
The only issue was the floors in the rooms are hardwood/LVP, so it was very noisy. We were on the 3rd floor, and we could hear every step of the room above us. Not ideal.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

The person who checked us in was so personable and made our stay fantastic! He was a friendly face and I’d stay again just to say hi! (Unfortunately I do not remember his name) it was clean, there were some board games as well as pool table in the lobby. It was clean and the staff were super helpful.

First time in a Tru Branded hotel and was impressed with the accomodation, cleanliness, friendliness, and overall stay at the hotel. Price very reasonable compared with to the alternatives at the time. Was very happy. No complaints.

The tv offering was so minimal. We used our Netflix subscription to watch a movie, but it was so difficult to get any channels we like to watch. This needs to be seriously fixed. The view was the parking lot. We were on the ground floor. We just pulled the curtain down to remove the view. On the plus side, great bathroom and large room with great beds.

The bed was horrible. It was hard and lumpy. The pillows were not good at all. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. It was a great location. They just need new mattresses and pillows.

It was a very nice property but very noisy. I could hear people in their rooms etc. One suggestion I have…. Please move the outdoor smoking area to the back of the hotel. There is nothing worse then walking out in the morning air or any time for that matter and smelling smoke.

My stay was for 2 nights. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Spent almost $200 for a night. Walls are very thin. Next door people were so loud and kept on slamming the door starting 1:30am lasted until 3:30am. We drove 10hrs for a college parent weekend and we were so exhausted not getting much of rest. driving back home was awful. If you are looking for a quiet place for a good night rest, I highly NOT recommend this place.

Front desk person was great. Nothing walkable which was disappointing. I thought it would be a bit closer to Charleston. Towels and shower good. We ordered food in. Front desk person was nice enough to give me a menu.

Absolutely the best stay ! Everything was clean and service was there. Was not expecting a full service place with so many amenities. IE, full breakfast bar, pool table workout room, Freindly check in/out staff. Plenty of parking and places to relax abound. Very modern. THANKS !

Very nice property. The front desk staff were so very nice and helpful, I think they like their job!! Lol, the only thing I would have liked better is having a coffee maker and microwave in the room.

We stay with friends when in Mt Pleasant usually. Be sure it was so close to the holidays and we were traveling with others, we opted to stay here. The resort is great. Location was perfect, staff was amazing. We were taking the cruise the following morning. Many ppl staying there were on our cruise. It was nice to socialize and meet fellow cruisers. Will definitely stay here again.
