I love the accessibility of the hotel.

The property was very nice and is very close to SM City. I only had one issue. We were there for a week. Each day our towel or robe situation changed. The first day we were only missing face towels. It was not a big deal, but noticeable. Breakfast was great. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

There's a pedway they promote connecting the hotel to the mall and another area of shops and restaurants. All good but they close access from the pedway to hotel while the restaurants are open???

It is a very Professional organization that knows how to care for people.

Easy access to SM but if you have a car, parking is a challenge. Slots always full so you have to wait. Room was ok. It was the breakfast buffet that ruined the experience. We got there at the dining around 830am, there’s barely any food left. We asked and they said they are going to refill so we waited. No refill happened. So we ended up eating whatever scraps left because we were already hungry. And this is christmas morning. There’s a lot of guests yet they did not prepare enough? The table beside us even asked for a manager but the only staff who were there are the waiters and lady at the entrance of dining cafe. Pls improve your customer service and keep up with the expectations for a Radisson brand.

So hard for them to accommodate big families. They cannot guarantee rooms close to each other even if you have paid in advance already and have checked in online. You would only know upon in-person check-in if they are able to put you next to each other. Connecting rooms are also only an option upon check-in. You cannot book it in advance. These are their policies though. So if you're a planner, it's definitely challenging. You would also have to pay extra if you want extra towels. We had a toddler and used the pool so our towels were soaked. They told us that they can only "refill"/ change towels once daily and adding one more is also charged extra. They are really friendly though and tried their very best. I guess Radisson's policies in Iloilo are just absurd. Their other hotels aren't like this - at least the ones i have been to. Rooms are too small as well. There are definitely better options. The only thing good about this hotel is the location. It's attached to SM City so it is really convenient.

No hand towels and face towels in the room. No hot water. Called for service and very slow response. Staff were very nice. Convenient to SM city and restaurants.

It’s right beside the mall and convenient for shopping and dining. They do have breakfast that is great.

Hotel nice and clean. But towels provided was old. Especially towel for bathroom floor. Second day, I don’t have hot water in the shower. Need to call service.

it was a very pleasant stay at Park Inn. Staff is wonderful especially Milka who is always smiling and very cheerful. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Park Inn Radisson Iloilo was great because it’s right across SM City mall in Mandurriao. The only thing bad about it was the aircon in the room was not cold. I even called engineering fo check on it. They said they adjusted the thermostat, but in still woke up sweating in the middle of the night.

Conveniently located next to SM City. Staff very courteous and accommodating. Everythjgg ng was great. The water in the pool looked a tad cloudy when i went swimming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful spot while in Iloilo City.

The hotel is very near to SM city iloilo. Their buffet breakfast was great and all the staff are welcoming and helpful.

Overall we had a good stay for the many reasons I have noted in this review. However, there were several issues that were not up to the Raddison standard I am accustomed to. The linens consisted of only two worn bath towels and a bathmat (which was very worn with multiple strings hanging from it). Additionally, we booked two rooms but, only one came with the free breakfast according to the desk clerk.

Love the location. The price is good and the property is clean, the staff are exceptional. We did not try the breakfast buffet and was not able to swim in the pool though. It is super convenient when you want to go shopping.

The room is too small for the price. The room assignment is way poor. They assigned us to the room which is not ready. Very limited towels, they supplied just two and no more else. Front desk is very arrogant and a big discrimination to locals against white people.

Bed was uncomfortable.

Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and cleaning service did not bother us. They waited for the "please clean room" light to be turned on. Connected to SM mall and near other places to shop, eat or catch a bus.

Walkway access to shopping.
