I paid more to stay in a nicer hotel and it was terrible. People stomping around and slamming doors all night. The kitchen floor was sticky and the countertop and table were dirty and sticky. The neighbors flushing toilets was so loud. Overall a terrible stay for $190 for one night of no sleep.

Clean hotel. The layout of our room and the shower were both great. Staff was very nice. Located right next to different food options. Can’t speak on the breakfast as we decided to get our own.

It’s the perfect place for a stop over. Right off I75. It has a little kitchen with fridge/freezer. Beds were very comfy and hot breakfast included was delicious

It was very loud in the hotel. Constant doors slamming and the person above me walking they were a horse. Nice hotel, but the noise isn’t worth it.

Everything was clean and in great condition. The pool was a few degrees cooler than our family would have liked but other than that no issues. Breakfast spread had lots of great options. I checked out the gym but did not use. I noticed a Peleton bike which is a nice touch.

Only stopped to sleep before another 8 hours of driving, only to be up all night due to fire alarm.

Very nice, affordable hotel with upscale amenities. Pool was chilly and breakfast was okay but everything else was excellent! And fire alarms work great - which we found out when someone burned popcorn at 1 in the morning...Lol

The stay was amazing and we enjoyed how comfortable and convenient the room was. The only issue was the bathroom faucet, not a lot of pressure and it was a bit small for the sink. Didn’t bother us but wanted to share that. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. First time in a Home2 Suite and we will definitely stay again.

It looked and smelled clean. Location was good Cracker Barrel, Panera, Culver’s and Waffle House are in walking distance.Pillows were subpar and when we asked for another pillow, no luck. Front desk was unmanned when we tried to check out at 6:30 am. Breakfast is primarily premade breakfast sandwiches.

Was never able to check in through my hotels.com booking. The hotel couldn’t find my confirmation or itinerary in their system. I was also unable to get a refund from this booking. I had to book another room through the hotel itself. Absolutely no customer service available through Hotels.com, through the customer help line or the virtual assistant. I would not recommend Hotels.com to book a room.

The room was clean and well thought out for extended stays. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast each morning. The staff was very friendly!

We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room we stayed in was very clean, and quiet. The staff was very friendly. My family loved the breakfast every morning. Their favorite was getting to make chocolate chip waffles. It was a time saver as well. I felt safe staying there as a mom traveling alone with my kids. The location was also great, tons of restaurants close by. If you are visiting the Ark encounter/creation museum this is a great hotel to stay because the location is close by. Highly recommend staying here.

Check-in was very easy, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel appeared very clean and there was ample lighting. The room was very clean and the decor was modern. The room had a kitchen area and that was very helpful. I enjoyed everything about the hotel. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel.

Home2 Suites was a nice hotel. However our room was "upgraded" from a 2 queen bed room to a 1 king room with a fold out couch in each. Therefore, my teenage son and daughter needed to share a bed. Also, the fragrances in the room and hotel were horrible. Too strong Lysol cleaning. Yet, bathroom soaps were all natural. I wish their cleaning products were as all natural as their toiletries. Front desk was often unattended, requested that no housekeeping be done, yet housekeeping cleaned our room anyway.

The staff was friendly, and the rooms were nice. The workout room wasn't great, but it was acceptable. Breakfast was no more than average. We didn't use the pool, but it looked pretty nice. Overall, a good stay. Thank you.

The hot breakfast is good. Typical stuff but presented well with a lot of options. Good price to sleep 3-4 well and nice to have the kitchenette to use to cut down on meal costs. Lots of room to spread out.
