Very convenient location… extremely helpful and friendly staff… English and Spanish spoken… comfortable bed… setting areas located on each floor…
Bathroom was small (in the room I was in) but very functional with hot water available…
I will be staying here the next time I’m in Cuenca.

The location is great, right across from a beautiful park and church with restaurants across the park. The room was nice but was missing the shower door and the floor could have been cleaner. The staff were awesome, helpful and friendly. The coffee was good but the breakfast was just okay although the scrambled eggs were great. Overall I would recommend and stay again.
