For the price and space room setups, I will not select this hotel

Clean and comfortable with awesome staff and a fantastic location for walking and exploring downtown Hiroshima. Would stay here again for sure.

Would recommend a stay in a twin room, we had a family room but unfortunately there is NO room in the bathroom to get dressed after a shower

The facilities were clean and everything was very good overall. Extra air flow in the rooms would be welcome as the smell of dirty clothes and socks was extremely overwhelming.
Staff were fantastic and the facilities were good and clean.

An amazing little gem of a hotel with the friendliness, most helpful staff. Walking distance from the Hiroshima Memorial Park, restaurants and a coolest shopping area just outside the front door. Great little rooms.
Will stay here again, next time…

滞在先を探している時から評価&口コミが大変良かったのでここに決めました。2泊しました。実際にフロントの方の対応がとても親切でした。お部屋は広くありませんが、とてもキレイでトイレと浴室も清潔感があり気持ちよく過ごせました。無料Wi-Fiがよく繋がるので快適でした。コインランドリーを利用し乾燥機でしっかり乾かすことも出来ました。周辺にはお店がたくさんあり立地も素晴らしいです。また広島に来る機会があれは是非利用したいです。

The hostel is located to the public transportation. It is also within a walking distance to the downtown Hiroshima.
The hostel is clean and well organised. The staff are nice and multilingual.

The staff was helpful and nice, their English was also very good. They provided useful information about the neighborhood but also the rest of my travels. Highly recommend this establishment.

Friendly staff and clean but room and bathroom is very small. Location is a but far to public transportation.

We were one the first to stay here as the hostel was newly opened when we got here. as you would expect it was very clean and tidy and the staff were very nice. It was great having a shared kitchen to make meals. The only bad thing was there was no tea or coffee like in other we base hostels we stayed in however this might have changed as it was newly opened at this point

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also has a nice common area with maps showing local restaurants. It was new year so they also had free sake for guests.
The bed was very big and comfortable but thos did mean there wasn't really any other space in the room for bags etc. Fine for a night or two, but may get irritating after a while.
Location is great. 5 mins walk to the river and main shopping area.

interesting to stay in a room with bunk bed. staff may seem to be able to speak phrasebook-like english with perfect pronunciation, but fail to understand what you are speaking too frankly. try to be official:) that helps :)

This place was perfect. They were able to take our bags earlier and keep them after check out without an extra fee. The building is incredibly new and therefore very clean. The communal space was very cozy and our room was as well. This was also the best location for shopping and visiting the peace memorial park.

But the check in was problematic taking AN HOUR as they couldn't find the reservation number. They were offering to cancel and re-book, but making it more expensive which sounded fishy. Had to call hotels.com (in Japanese because they didn't have English service) who spoke with them about the reservation, that's when the booking finally appeared.

This is a great new hotel to stay at in Hiroshima. It’s been open for less than one month, and everything is very clean.
