This hotel is nicer than the Omni for a third of the price. I was impressed.

I feel like they asked too many questions about having a service dog with me. And then we had a toddler and she could not crawl on the carpets cuz the carpets were dirty, our feet were dirty, her knees and everything were dirty. In the shower, curtain kept coming down to the middle. And the metal piece that hooks to the wall kept coming off

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was nice and clean. The check in guy Louis was super nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. The young man at the front desk was extremely plesant and sedd happy to be at his job
He was humming! We told him what a mice voice he had and he sang us a song. What an extra treat!! The tub drsi. In our room (205) was very slow z, needs to be checked.

This hotel is amazing. So clean, the staff are nice and helpful. The pool is warm and they always have towels. The breakfast is very nice with lots of options and they are always adding to it. The rooms are nice and large, lots of space for a family of 5, 2 extra chairs to sit on and the bathroom is spacious and nice. Definitely recommend and we will stay her again.

Guest services people were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. There was black mold in the shower. Otherwise, the room was very clean and nice.

I couldn’t be more happier about our stay. Clean room with comfortable beds. Refrigerator and microwave for convenience, also tea maker. Nice breakfast. My family had a nice weekend stay.

The room was very nice and comfortable. However, there was a cup left inside the fold out couch/bed. Neighboring rooms were loud after quiet hours and you do hear the local traffic. Aside from this, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was as advertised. The location was very convenient although the road noise from the interstate could be heard in the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

Nice, clean property with friendly staff in a nice area. Close to highway makes it easy to travel but is a little loud from road traffic.

A good place overall. Unfortunately the night we were there so was a large group of kids on a sports trip and they were quite loud, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. It was clean, acceptably so. The bed was way too soft and my husband and I both had backaches in the morning. Breakfast had a good variety and was decent.

We had a 3 night stay here and overall we had a great experience. Staff was friendly and inviting. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We had the free breakfast every morning and it was really good. We loved the options and the hot coffee. The area to eat was very nicely set up as well. We used the pool each day as well. We loved that it was indoor and was the perfect level for our son. Our room was spacious and had everything that we needed. I felt like the room was clean, bed was comfortable as well. We were given just the right amount of towel, 3 and we reused them each day which I was fine with. I liked that they had filled bottles that they would just reuse instead of small samples. The bathroom was ok. Mirror sink and fan were all great. I noticed some areas though in the bathroom that could use cleaning/touch up. Around the toilet is was a black rim, the rim of the sink was dirty and there was a long crack along the tub that water could just go down. I felt like the floor of the tub was a bit slippery and the pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest but I think that’s true for most hotels. Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this hotel. We most likely will return when we come back to Worthington.

Staff were very friendly, hotel was very clean and modern. We enjoyed a relaxing night by the fire!! Nice added touch! RMU parents from 🇨🇦 definitely recommend and will be staying here for all our visits!! Thank you!

In town for an anniversary celebration, this was a perfect choice. Close to the party venue, easy to find, beautiful spacious comfortable room. Plenty of places to charge electronics. Great breakfast.

Was super super clean. Beds are soft and sheets are the best I have slept in in a hotel. Pillows were not very good but still acceptable. Can't beat price and breakfast.
