I needed to sleep a night close to Flam and decided to take the touristic train and stay here on my way to Oslo.
Beautiful hotel surrounded by mountains. Quiet, peaceful. Just beautiful.
They have a restaurant which offered a delicious buffet.
Very impressed. Definitely a spot for someone looking for tranquility. There is a trail too that can take you all the way to Flam.
From here you can take the train to Myrdal station (1 stop only 3 minutes) and change trains to Oslo. Very easy!

The view is just so amazing! The whole hotel is a gem and very well maintained, the best hotel experience!

Very unique location on the side of the Flåm to Myrdal railway line, with its own station! Quiet apart from the squeal of the trains. Beautiful setting and views.
