Great location, and helpful friendly staff. We were in town for a concert at the T Mobile Center...and this was an easy walk to the venue, as well as many options for other activities on the P&L District. Will definitely stay again.

I thought the stay overall was good. Oe thing was when the wrestling was over for the evening on Thursday and Friday, the restaurant was not for service. There was no room service. The desk people open the bakery for us but the only available was Junk Food.

Stayed the weekend for Comicon. On top of tens of thousands of Comicon attendees, downtown was hosting the women’s Big 12 tourney. Other than the interesting mix of cosplayers and basketball players and cheerleaders in the lobby, there was little sense that it was any busier than a typical day. Parking was tight but manageable. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The scene in the lobby was busy but relaxed and calm. The indoor walkway connected to the convention center was very convenient. Rooms were perfect, clean, and comfy. WiFi was easy and fast. Plenty of places at the bar and lobby and find a quiet spot to relax and chat. Staff was attentive and helpful. Will absolutely return.

I always enjoy staying @ Loews Kansas City but was hugely frustrated by the parking situation. There were a lot of competing events the weekend we were there and it appears the hotel garage was made avail to public parking so we didn't have an avail parking spot in the garage until after 11pm.
When I went to ask for help from thr Valet team they told me to go down the street & park in the public garage down there. For the $ paid to stay for the weekend, I was hugely disappointed that we didn't have parking dedicated for us. I think it is imperative, especially on very busy weekends, that the hotel insure only hotel guests can park in their garage.

Great hotel. Everything you need. Walking distance from the T-Mobile Center. Staff was friendly. Love the texting concierge service. Bakery Cafe was really convenient. Will be back. Clean and updated as well.

Second stay here and always perfect. The hotel is beautiful. Fitness facility and pool are top notch. Def my preferred spot when visiting KC when we can swing it.

Great overall experience- difficult to gauge food service hours and obtain information on spa, area attractions. Dinner at Stilwell provided excellent quality; brunch was a B—no bar service, food was good quality, but the eggs, bacon, sausage not hot. The coffee & croissant stellar.

Always have an amazing experience at this hotel; from being greeted to my room. Fitness center is 10/10. The only thing I can complain about is food choices; there’s a limited menu with food being 5/10 from restaurant. Otherwise, great stay
