The location was superb - beautiful 180 degree view over the sea; immediate access to the coastal path for walking; easy 15 minute walk to the town centre; instant hot water;

This is only a small point but we couldn't find the information booklet but the host had sent plenty of information by email. Everything was very pleasing.

The views were spectacular- it was lovely to be so close to the sea, and the terrace is excellent. The kitchen was well equipped for our week’s stay. The bed was super comfortable. Apartment very clean and tidy. Easy communication with the owners and quick answers to our questions. Great to be within walking distance of the centre of Roses with all its bars, restaurants and shops. We were a bit concerned about noise when we arrived as it was Roses carnival, but the location of the apartment meant we were not at all disturbed by the carnival noise, but close enough to join in and enjoy it when we wanted to

Like all apartments, and as other reviews have said, the soundproofing is not great. We were awoken twice quite early by people in the apartment above moving furniture around and we could hear their conversations sometimes. We got used to it - but if you are a light sleeper then it could be a problem.

Location right on the water was great. Beautiful views and sea air. Apartment was clean, very nicely decorated, good furniture. Large sliding glass doors open up so the entire lanai is open to the water. This unit is on the ground floor at the end of the building, so is fairly private. There is a walkway along the whole coast which you have access to, but the unit and the building it occupies are on a separate, upper private path. You can swim off the rocks below the building. Or, you can walk to beaches in both directions. There is a nice, small, pool that is shared between the 2 buildings that make up this complex. The location is very breezy, which is good because there is no AC. There are ceiling fans in each room, as well as large secure shuttered windows that open in each room. We were very comfortable with temps in the upper 70s to low 80s. Kitchen has the appliances and cookware you need. Not much in the way of cooking basics (salt, pepper and coffee), but there are groceries nearby. It is a fair walk to this unit from the parking, and there are steps, so you do have to drag your luggage a bit. But not crazy by European standards.

Parking space is a little tight, but parking is at a premium in this area so an off-street dedicated spot was nice to have. The second bedroom is also tight, with 2 small twin beds. I think the apartment might be a little snug with 4 people, but was super comfortable for 2. There is a pull out sofa-bed in the large living room which we did not use, so 4 might be OK.

Nice Location, directly on the sea, direct access to the sea, short distances to the beach and to the twon centre wit niche tapa restaurants.

beautiful view from terrace, good stuff in kitchen, there are many different glasses for wine. Nice swimming pool, but it is for small children.

too many steps, that to reach appartment ( we had a lit of luggage,). Beach for swimming is on 1,3km. near appartment there is sea with rocks.

The flat has a glass gallery which has a wide view on the sea, the Bay of Roses (Badia de Roses). It was breathtaking to be able to view the sun rise in the morning and set in the evening from our temporary home. We also liked that it's outside of the town so it's really calm here, perfect to get undisturbed sleep. The Ronda Litoral runs right outside the doorstep, so you can take long walks next to the sea.

The only thing that could have been better is the sofa bed. Both ends are bent so it's quite uncomfortable to sleep on it. However, you'll only need it if you're more than four people and you can also just remove the mattress from the sofa bed and sleep on the floor.

The view was perfect, the apartment was very clean and in good condition, it was just great. The host was always in touch and very helpful. I would definitely come back

Everything was perfect. Maybe it was a little difficult to go down 3 levels with a stroller and no lift

Amazing place facing the open sea view right from the terrace. Perfect for the stay for family with kids. Beautiful sand beach is 3 min by car. In the apartment there was everything, very clean, with plenty of staff if you need to cook, salon with the sea view to pass the evening. I would recommend to book not less than 4 days to have time to visit all places without hurry, like Cadaques, catles of Emporda, wineyards and hve time relaxing time on the beach. Important also Cristina was very helpful, all instructions sent on time, all queries during our stay quickly reaponded. We would like to come back next time.

We loved everything, nothing was desturbing.
