Very convenient. Everything is as described. Great location. The host is very nice and helpful

Apt is owned by the family who lives upstairs, of whom are all very pleasant. This apt included a kitchenette, full bathroom, and living space setup in a studio style. Neighborhood is quiet with a grocery store and two restaurants nearby . The matriarch of the family was the one who manages the apt. She spent nearly 45 minutes showing me the spacious apt and amenities and provided suggestions on best promotions to maximize my visit to Dubrovnik. She was helpful and informative and not at all pushy. I had a small rental car with me and they allowed me to park in their one enclosed parking space normally reserved for their own vehicle while I used public transport to visit Old Town. Apt is also very close to public transportation - a short walk to a bus stop where routes ran directly to Old Town. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I would look to stay here again.

Great stay, really helpful and friendly host. In a great location

We stayed 4 nights. Location is great, walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach and park. Small supermarket next door and big one close by. Great gym 400m away. The host was very nice and took excellent care of us. Apartment is clean with great ac, there's equipment for a longer stay (washing machine, kitchen, fast wifi). Highly recommend!
