Overnight trip for sports event. This location is in walking distance of a shopping plaza. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast selection was good. My only complaint is seeing a case of water behind the counter and after asking for one I was told they were for members after I spent $204 for 1 night. You can buy 16oz water bottle for $3. I usually choose Holiday Inn express over most places and have never been asked to join any rewards program.

Great place to stay with an affordable pet fee for our Shih Tzu. Convenient to I-75 but very quiet.

The hotel was ok but we were very upset that the falsely advertised their hot tub hours. We were there for a cheer competition and my daughters specifically wanted to sit in the hot tub after comp at night. I check that the hot tub was open until 11. When we got there they said the hours were dusk till dawn.

The hotel was very nice, clean and friendly. Breakfast was great which is important when you’re traveling with kids and sporting events. Will stay again !!

Very new, modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Lovely poolside patio but unfortunately there’s a new hotel going up next door so not very peaceful out there.

Located between Sarasota and Tampa, just off I75 yet you never hear highway noise like you so often do with proximity to the interstate. Breakfast was great as well with a nice variety of foods to choose from. 😋

This was our second stay at this hotel. We had a beautiful king bed room with only two hiccups….. mildew in shower corner and water pressure is low.
Bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. Very spacious room.

We always try and stay at IHG hotels when we go away for business or even pleasure because we know we’re going to have a certain expectation of comfort and cleanliness. Well we got the cleanliness but the comfort was the worst we’ve ever had. The lady’s up front were wonderful but after a long day of work we were expecting a great nights sleep and that didn’t happen. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were flat and hard as boulders!! We couldn’t keep the air going no matter how low I set it. It was hot and wholly stuffy like we were in a box!! Very disappointed with this location!!!!

Everything was fine except an annoying whining noise from the swimming pool and spa equipment turning on and off constantly. It sounded like high-pitched wind in a wind tunnel. The massive equipment was right below our window. We decided to turn on TV "white noise" in order to fall asleep. Other that this, the hotel was nice and we would stay there again as it is convenient to visiting with our family.

This is very much what you should expect from a Holiday Inn Express: comfortable rooms, a decent breakfast buffet, good housekeeping. Wireless Internet worked flawlessly for the most part. The only real complaint is the lack of in-establishment dining options within walking distance, but that's not the hotel's fault.

We really didn't spend alot of time at the hotel we were in late and put early. But whatever time we were there it was a good place overall. The staff people we're nice and accommodating. It could use a bit of upgrading as far as the restroom is concerned. Plenty of parking and the complimentary breakfast was good too.

Both tables in the room shown marks on top that someone put a drink and spilled. ( it wasn’t clean both tables)
The shower shows traces of “mucus”.
The door has a crack on the bottom that I could hear everything on the hallway.
Is a good location, but my experience was not as good as a night before that I stayed in a same hotel brand in a different city.

Wonderful hot tub and pool. Room was clean, hotel was clean and looks new. It was very hectic when we were there but we didn’t hear anything while in our room. Firm beds.

The a/c could not be controlled, we had it all the way down to 67 and it was still warm in the room.

It was an excellent choice for us, highly recommended. Room cleaning, breakfast everything were above our expectations. We requested a handicapped room which was also perfect plus went with a puppy whi also really enjoyed her stay. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The check in was quick . The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great and had a large variety. There was a small issue of some ants around the refrigerator in the room, otherwise room was wonderful.

Great new property right off i-75. Great hotel; wonderful staff. Hotel offered breakfast, but due to my fur baby I did not have a chance to sample.
The only drawback, there is construction going on very close to the property. Therefore during the day there was construction going on. Once that's complete, this hotel was be fantastic!

Always a pleasant getaway for us at this hotel. Nice lounge areas outside, pool/hot tub area is very inviting & relaxing, very clean from top to bottom, delicious breakfast, & friendly/welcoming staff.

Wonderful hotel/staff/ location.
Major concern. The bkft. room has no " dog friendly" designated tables. Next to us was a dog setting in a chair eating w/ his people. . No one wiped the " dog butt" chair w/ a separate cleaning material. Where do people sit that have allergies/ fear/ or are not wanting " dog hair" as part of their breakfast ?? We spoke to the desk person, who didn't know the " dog friendly" dining area. This needs to be established , when you are " dog friendly". Dogs in dining areas are often required to be in carriers in other hotels.
