We checked in and was having a friend staying to change in the room; had to pay an extra $30 because they didn’t allow visitors and wouldn’t allow her to at least change before her trip out of town. She wasn’t even staying in the room itself with us, it was not necessary. Overall, customer service was very unpleasant to deal with. 3/10!

The experience was short because we had to take a flight. But it was awesome. We are very happy that we were able to check in extremely late after wedding festivities. We would definitely recommend Chilsom's Motor Inn, next time.

I stayed for a business trip. It was Affordable and Convenient. I would stay again.

Not clean! At all! The toilet and sink were not clean. The refrigerator had mold in it. Under the table was not swept. One pillow was stained with make up and one had something crusty on it. There was black fur throughout. We were shown another room and the bathroom was in the same condition. We didn’t investigate any further. We ended up leaving. The only positive was they refunded our money.

Simple, clean, basic kind of place. Clean room and bath. Beds comfortable, extra pillows in closet. TV.. free wi-fi. Ground level. Free parking. No coffee, or food. Restaurants within 1/2 mile.

Bed sheets were not clean. While checking for bedbugs, I found a syringe underneath the mattress.
The fridge did not work.
Low water pressure.
No shampoo, just soap bar.
Definitively will not return.

apparently their cleaning staff is off on Sundays I had to go to the office to get clean towels.

Very clean and tidy place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was very clean. It had a small odor to the room but once I opened up the window it dissipated.
The owner watched the place very closely so I felt safe by myself.
I would stay here again.

Was way to too early for a check out for me. Things to cover the room are outside ice and vending. Sucks but I will review this at a later point.

When I arrived, I was asked to pay a flat $100, when the full price I paid through the app was $89.48. The lady at the desk didn’t want to honor the hotels.com price when I told her the true price, and I showed it to her on my phone. She then said to wait for her husband to check things out. It took a few minutes, but we were finally given the price offered. We were on our way to the room, which we were told was non-smoking. Having had cancer, this was very important for me and with my girlfriend’s asthma. When we got to the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. There was also a cigarette burn on the bed spread, as seen in the photograph. Also, we were promised a queen-size bed, and it was clearly a full size. We went to the desk to ask for a new room, and were rudely told it was a non-smoking room already. He grudgingly gave us a new room key, though. Then when we got to the new room, at least it wasn’t reeking of cigarette smoke, but once again, the bed wasn’t a queen, as promised, but a full. At that point, we just considered to cut our losses, because it was late, and we didn’t need any further hassle. I would not recommend staying here.
